Picture yourselves in our 18th floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath wrap around condo located in the fabulous Seychelles. If you're looking for a quieter place to relax and have fun too, Seychelles is the place to reside for your vacation. Near enough to fine restaurants and attractions. This condo is gonna "wow" you right from the start. We've provided all the comforts of home and then some. We like to hear our guests say upon arrival "this is just like the photos we saw on your website.
The family room boasts a large sectional sleeper sofa, flat screen 52" TV and the most spectacular views of Grand Lagoon and The Gulf Of Mexico. Shell Island can be seen from our balcony. Watch the large ships arrive and depart from the jetties on St Andrews. Enjoy both sunrise and sunset. If you're lucky enough to be here when the moon is full, you are in a very
special treat.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and large flat screen TV. Private bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a king-sized bed and large flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with flat screen TV and has a view out of the window of The Hathaway Bridge.
Large dining table that seats 6 and there is an eat-in breakfast bar. Large kitchen with everything you require to prepare meals and snacks.
Take a walk on down to the beach and sit in the lounge chairs with umbrella which we provide for your use during your stay with us. Take a stroll down Gulf Drive - just for exercise after those
"big" meals you're sure to enjoy.
For your added pleasure we have a rented a pair of beach lounges with umbrella from the on-site vendor.

We so enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! It accommodated our family of eight very easily. Glass windows everywhere to enjoy the incredible views. The eighteenth floor allowed us to view the manta rays and dolphins every morning from the balcony on the gulf side and the lights from the boats at night on the marina side. The furnishings surpassed our expectations and the unit was very spacious. Hugh and Sarah are such lovely people and they were readily available for all our needs. It was a pleasure renting from owners who care. We never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator which was a blessing as we had three small children with us. The pools were clean and inviting and the beach right at Seychelles was the prettiest all along the Panama City Beach area in our opinion. Having the beach chairs and umbrella for the week was wonderful! Restaurants were withing walking distance and the condo is located away from the congestion of traffic. What a blessing that was! Our family will definitely rent from Hugh and Sarah again. We can't wait to go back! Thank you so much from the whole family!

My wife and I rented this condo with 2 other married couples and we had a great time plenty of space. Very nice quiet part of PC-Beach (away from all the craziness of the clubs and hotels) and the condo was fantastic very clean nice new furniture, and great flat panel TVs in every room for kicking back at night. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

What a lovely place… Absolutely, breathtaking views from every room… This has to be one of the most well appointed and tastefully decorated unit at Seychelles. We came down here with our children for spring break and had a wonderful time. The beach was nice and not as crowded as some of the other locations on PCB. The included beach chairs were terrific and the attendants were first class. Also, being next to Schooners definitely has its pluses. Finally, Sarah and Hugh were fantastic. It’s nice to deal with owners that care about you instead of a nameless property management person. We definitely want to come back soon.

Wow ! What a great place. My wife and I, along with our 16 y/o daughter and her boyfriend came down on March 30th and stayed until April 3rd. We have stayed at Seychelles on many occasions ( we like being next to Schooners ), and this was the best condo we have stayed in by far. We have always wanted to stay in an end unit and this gave us a chance. I now want to stay in this condo everytime we come back. The 18th floor view was spectacular. We could see all the way to Shell Island and Capt. Anderson's Marina. There was a full moon while we were there, and being able to watch it as it came up across the Bay was beautiful. The living room has large windows that allow you to feel open and afford you the view if you did not want to go on the balcony. The balcony stretched from the Master bedroom, which was Gulfront, across the front of the living room and wrapped around the entire east end of the Condo and continued to wrap around to a sliding glass door that opened into another smaller master bedroom. The main master bedroom was very well decorated with abig flatscreen TV. The Main bathroom was very spacious, had a large walk in shower with plenty of room for two. The living room was very nicely decorated along with the kitchen. I could go on and on. Again, as one who goes to PCB about 3 times a year, this was our favorite Condo yet. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. We definitely want to come back and stay here soon.
