Very Nice Stay!
Very Nice Stay!
Everything was just as described on the website, however , when we arrived we were amazed at how roomy and comfortable the house actually is. The large kitchen made it enjoyable because we cooked almost every meal and there are plenty of pots and pans for most anything you need. The house was very clean and everything worked great. The owner was very quick to resolve the one minor problem with a small water leak. I called Eugene and he answered immediately and had a maintenance crew there within that hour. Honestly better service than I get back home with repair people.Really nice area for someone who just wants to relax away from the hustle and bustle of crowded beaches. We will be coming back

Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.
Our family loved staying at the house. Accommodations were clean and were a short walk to the beach. Boat ramps and stores were not too far away. The beach access was easy to get to and the beach area was perfect for families. The house was very comfortable and had a lot of space for our family. We loved the big screened porch and covered space under the house. We would love to come back next year.

Lots of room

This is an older property, but I knew that when I reserved it. The toilet ran most of the time, but that was very minor-a simple maintenance visit would fix the problem. We took our boat, and it was really nice to park under the house. The beach wasn't as pretty as I hoped here; so we split our time at this location as well as going over to Cape San Blas - which is not very far away. We made a fire on the beach, which was really nice. Internet is very slow and occasionally did not work; couldn't download pictures on FB to send back to the family. There was plenty of plates in the kitchen, but very limited on kitchen cookware; for example no pizza pans or cookie sheets. But they did have a cork screw to open the wine! For the price- I was happy with this location.

Nice place! Very comfortable.
The full house length porch was awesome! Nice house everything was clean and AC kept us cool! Had everything we needed to be comfortable and cool. Large kitchen with huge bar was great too. Tons of covered parking! hose downstairs for cleaning up. Very short walk to the beach. Momma wanted to right on the beach and she was ecstatic! Ugene the owner was a professional yet very cordial. Thanks for sharing your place with our family. We will be back, MattnBetty from MN
