The spacious upstairs house features three bedrooms, two baths, living room/dining room, and a full kitchen; the downstairs apartment, with private bath and air conditioning, is the perfect romantic retreat.

Long, expansive decks on both levels above the cliffs of Johns Folly Bay and the Caribbean welcome glorious sunrises, cooling trade winds and hypnotic views of sea, sky, and distant islands. Swim and snorkel in Johns Folly Bay or at nearby Salt Pond Bay, a local favorite. In the evening, grill fresh fish and dine in the garden under the stars.

Whole house rental can accommodate up to 13 people. The house, divided into three separate units, can accomodate two to five, each with their own private Caribbean setting.

Pelican Rock has rates for the whole house ($4500 - $6000) and rates for each of
four combinations. Top Level sleeps 7-9 ($3000 - $5000);
Pelican sleeps 2-5 ($2500 - $3500); Ram Head sleeps 2-4 ($800 - $2000);
LeDuck sleeps 2-4 in a studio w/ air conditioning ($1200 - $2000)
Rates for the Low Season (05/01-12/15) are reflected in lower rates
and rates for High Season (12/16-04/30) are reflected in the higher rates.
