We have two Gulf front spacious units and both of the units have been remodeled freshly painted all new furniture and all new linens.Located at Regency Towers in Beautiful Panama City Beach Fl.
One bedroom that will sleep 4 on the 10th. floor on the end with a large balcony this unit you will find yourself at home with warm-toned living room with a confortable queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat, a flat screen TV with DVD player, dining area seats 4 comfortably with abreakfast bar that has extra seating.
The two bedroom is on the 2nd floor that sleeps 8 you will find this unit with a cottage look with all the beachy colors, The master bedroom as a king size bed the 2nd bedroom has two full size beds and the living area has a queen size sleeper sofa with 2 recliners so you can relax while looking out at the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico the eating area will sit 6 people with extra seating at the breakfast bar. Flat screen TV's on the wall in the living area and bedrooms.
Both units have two full baths with everything you need in the baths each unit has extra towels, we do have a stackable washer and dryer in each unit so you can use as you need never have to leave your condo.
You will love the convenient Kitchen, stocked with all your major and minor appliances as well as a complete set of dishes.

This 2nd story unit was well decorated and appointed with very nice furniture. The floors had high quality carpet except kitchen and bathrooms with slate but good mats. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dishes,glassware and cooking pots and pans. The place was very clean and very comfortable. There were HiDef Tv's in each bedroom and living room. The high speed internet was with At & T and worked perfectly. The unit was very comfortable and quiet. The people in the other condos in the complex were the best we have experienced in 7 years. Not having to carry a key was excellent as a passcode was used. The gym and pool tables were terrific as was the common room. We have rebooked for next spring. I highly recommend the condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great condo with perfect location and beautiful view. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, second floor unit. It was very clean, we appointed, wonderfully decorated. Debbie was very amazing to work with and very helpful and accommodating. The condo was so great that we booked in for a second beach trip this summer, and we will be back again in 2013. I will definitely refer family and friends to Debbie and her condo. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful corner unit with great ocean front view and view up the beach from living room window. unit was very clean and had everything we needed plus decorated beautifully. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. I will want to stay here again and will certainly recommend this unit to others. Regency Towers is very short distance to Captain Andersons, our favorite restaurant.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We arrived to a clean condo that was nicely decorated with a "beachy" theme. We enjoyed many sunrises and sunsets on the balcony which provided a breathtaking view. The room was spacious and had everything that we needed and more. We will definitely be returning in the near future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I discovered Debbie and her 2nd Floor unit by a co-worker. BOY...am I glad. We absolutely loved the Unit. Updated decor....everything you might need (iron, ironing board, hairdryer, etc). Debbie was always prompt to answer any questions. Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway.

My family stayed in the 2 bedroom unit during Spring Break. This unit has been renovated and is so comfortable. The decor is just perfect. This unit is great for families...the second floor location kept us from having to use the elevator. The property was very clean and well cared for. I have stayed at the Regency for 20+ years and this is by far the best unit we have stayed in. I would highly recommend this unit and plan on staying here in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Me and my family went to PCB for the 2011 Girls World Series Softball Tournament... We had a really hard time finding somewhere to stay!! Then by the grace of God I heard about Debbie and her 2nd floor condo, it was perfect!! It had everything you could want on a beach vacation. "Great View" sounds of the ocean, plenty of room, nice bright clean kitchen, living room has the best view of the ocean, the master bedroom was huge! love love the master bath shower!!... we loved it all and will continue to go back with the hopes of staying here again. Thank you Debbie you are truely wonderful.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My Family has stayed in this Condo twice last Year 2010 we are returning again this year 2011. I am looking forward to my vacation this year in the Condo.
