SUNDAY-to-SUNDAY reservation cycle during peak summer season. Requests for stays of less than one-week in length can be accommodated during off-season periods (mid-September thru mid-June). Please contact owner to discuss your needs.

SUMMER RATES: $1,600 per week, minimum 1-week stay.
OFF-SEASON RATES (OCT 1 thru JUNE 1) : $1,260 per week, minimum 3-night stay.
TERMS: Payments are made by personal check. One-half payment/deposit due at lease signing; balance owed two weeks prior to guest arrival.
DEPOSIT: $300 security / cleaning deposit; refunded within five business days after check-out

About the owner: The owner lives in the Boston area. The family enjoys using the house on weekends, mainly in off-season. The owner is something of a home-improvement hobbyist and takes great pride in making the house as clean and perfect as possible for summer guests, most of whom have been repeat customers for years. The house just gets better and better with each passing summer.
