  This attractive, pondside apartment was an ideal location for our Chatham wedding. The property is immaculate and very well equipped with everything you may need for an extended stay. Spectacular view of the pond from the private balconey and kayaks and a canoe for paddling. Jim & Susan are ideal hosts.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We had a family week vacation and the property we found through this web site is just amazing ! Ideally maintained place with the lake within three steps downstairs :) Comfortable apartment with everything needed, balcony with the lake view, outdoor shower, kayaking, lot of beaches, including ocean one, are in approx.10 minutes driving distance. Hospitality of owner made us very welcomed and comfortable (thank you, Sue !) We loved the place !

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Thank you for a wonderful vacation-your house and property are so beautiful. We loved the kayaking,canoing and biking and just sitting overlooking the lake. We saw a lot of the Cape and it makes us want to come back next year. Your helpfulness and hospitality were much appreciated. Oh! and the outdoor shower was great!

  We just returned from a glorious stay in this beautiful lakeside apartment. Our hosts made our time there a super delight. They let us use their kayaks and canoe and made us feel at home. We cooked all three nights and found the kitchen to be great. Everything is immaculate, the library is superb and the furnishings and design are gorgeous. The sunset dinners on the deck are a glorious memory. The bike trail is nearby and so biking is fun and convenient. All in all it was a great mini vacation that restored our souls and we thank our hosts from the bottom of our hearts.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

  Location is great at "elbow" of Cape Cod for exploring all the towns and beaches. Accomodations were excellent for two adults. The lake view and landscaping are outstanding. Hospitality was the perfect blend of friendly, informative and unobtrusive. Most generous was the TLC provided by phone contact prior to the stay as we were making arrangements. Highly recommend and we will return.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing.

  THIS IS A VERY PLEASANTAND RELAXING LOCATION. THE APARTMENT IS VERY COMFORTABLE ALSO THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT FOR ACCESS TO ALL AREAS OF THE CAPE AND MAKES EVERYTHING WITHIN 1/2 TO 1 HOUR DRIVING. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS

  We could not wish for more during our vacation. Everything was perfect. Your house on the lake is a "dream house". The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the view from the balcony is amazing. We felt very well rested and relaxed afte our vacation. Hoping to come again next year.

  Sue & Jim, You immediately made us feel welcomed and relaxed, a great way to start a vacation. The 'compound' is just perfect, beauty, location and amenities are wonderful. We found the apartment to be the perfect size and so comfortable,and the balcony is great. Because of the central location, we were able to see so much of the Cape and also get over to the Vinyard. Thank you so much.
