Bright and open with breathtaking views of the lagoon, the main living area of this Huntington Condo has plenty of comfortable seating and access to the back deck. The spacious living area includes the dining room with a luxurious round glass topped table for 4. The kitchen opens into this area as well and guests can be part of it all when they sit at the tiled counter. The light stone counter top kitchen overlooks a screened-in porch. This second deck area also looks out to the lagoon and has a table with seating for 6.
The downstairs Master Suite features a and warm colors . There is a King bed, and TV . The newly renovated private bathroom has a double sink, granite counter tops, Jacuzzi tub, and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds accented with charcoal tones and dark wood. Just outside this bedroom is a full Bathroom with shower/bath.
You will find a cozy Loft area on the second floor, overlooking the main living space of this villa with sofas and a TV. A second Master Suite is just off this area with a King Bed and TV. A Private Bathroom features a separate sink vanity space and has a bath/shower. The final bedroom has 2 bunk beds, providing 4 twin size beds. This quaint space is a great retreat for the kids of the family. The room has a private bathroom with bath/shower.

We had to depart early because of my wife’s fragrance sensitivity. You should not rent this unit to anyone with fragrance allergies – all the scented candles have permeated rugs and drapes so there was no way to rid the unit of the perfumes. Desperately needs some TLC. The battered walls and doors make it look dirty even though it isn't. Reported problems to rental company (in person, on the phone and by email) so they have probably been addressed? - Small bathroom cold tap handle oozed water when in use - Door to back deck does not lock and unlock properly - Dishwasher is so loud we stopped using it - Railing on back deck stairs is dangerous/unattached - Freezer has stopped self-defrosting so frost ice build-up makes it difficult to open and close - TV reception on the big living room TV is terrible. Channel 2 (NBC) especially badRecommended for: Pet owners.
Owner response: We regret the unforturnate experience the reviewer and his wife suffered during their recent stay. Sadly, had we known in advance of this guest's sensitivity to scented candles we would have told them that there was no problem since my wife has significant reactions to certain fragrances herself which include candles - all of which she "approves" before we purchase them. (Whether these were "our" purchases or not we do not know since it is not uncommon for visitors to consume and replace and then partially consume replacements.) At any rate, our apologies. With respect to the condition of the property, we are appalled that these guests' calls, emails and in person visits to the rental agency went unanswered. (More on this below). As owners of this property for nearly three years now, we have responded immediately to every equipment or appliance problem as it was brought to our attention. For example, the property now enjoys new air conditioners, televisions, washer and dryer, and as of this week a new dishwasher. In addition, we have introduced improvements regularly such as the redone downstairs master bath and the addition of a significant amount of new furniture and furnishings. None of this will compensate guests whose experience was unpleasant, and we do regret that it happpened. To insure that future guests' issues are dealt with properly and promptly in the future, we are transitioning to a new rental agency in two months.

We just got back from spring break and we had a awesome time due to thsi wonderful property. We took our dog for the first time and he loved it too. We spent so much time on the screen porch eating and playing games. The kids had their own bedrooms upstairs with a tv/play area in between the bathrooms. It's a short walk to the beach and it has a heated pool. The owners are great to work with. We definitely will be renting this unit again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
