Big enough for seperate activities yet very cozy.

Had a great mini vacation. Everything we needed was available at our finger tips. Kids played downstairs -adults could talk in living area. Lots of games and stuff for kids to do - never once heard the words "I'm bored". Able to make a nice meal for 8 and eat comfortably - priceless.

Fall trip

Date of Stay: 09/30/11 Review Submitted: 10/06/11

I had come with my brother's family which also had a 1yr baby on board to see the fall colors. We rented the house from Lisa for a weekend and she was very accommodating to allow us check in before the expected time as it was empty. The house externally looked like a big cabin, but inside it looked like a town house. It was well stocked with all the amenities you can expect in a well furnished house from cutlery to cable and wifi. The house is well decorated and gives a homely feeling. It also had some kids books which kept the young one busy and had a Foosball table which kept the elder ones entertained. It is 10 minutes away from North Conway town which was ideal for us, as we could go to the restaurants and get groceries or even do some shopping. There is a LL Bean outlet. Overall we loved the house and the location.

Skiing Holiday over Christmas

Guest: Goatcher Family (HEATHFIELD UK)
Date of Stay: 12/21/08 Review Submitted: 01/04/09

We stayed for a week at this delightful house and would recommend it to Families looking for a fun time and a quality location. We travelled from the UK for the Christmas week and flew into Boston, its a good 3 hour drive but very pleasant. The skiing at Cranmore, Attitash and Black Mountain were fabulous and shopped at the Outlet village. Eating out was just great with good restaurants and cafes in North Conway. NC itself is very quaint and we enjoyed brousing the shops and stores. Recommend The White Mountain Hotel/Resort for dinner/lunch and we just loved The Stairway Cafe for late b/fasts.

We loved our weekend at your condo. It was exactly what we expected and we had a great time. What a great spot. Plenty of room for our group (9). We look forward to renting again next year!

What a beautiful place. We arrived to find a very clean and spacious townhouse. Lots of living space to spread out in, everything you need. We went to Cranmore Mt.; skiing, tubing, skating, sleigh ride (located right down the rode). After a full day it was nice to come back to a warm and inviting place to relax.

We were so happy with this rental. The place is HUGE and can easily be considered five bedrooms (loft, two on second flr, one on grnd, futons in basement). Lisa was very, very helpful. The condo was clean, adequate and well-located. Best of all, it's easy access to North South Road, avoiding all of the Rte. 16 traffic when you need to go to Shaw's.

We had a wonderful time at this very clean and spacious townhouse. It had everything we needed to make simple meals for our large families. We especially loved the finished basement, it was a nice place for the adults to enjoy when the kids went to bed. We easily slept six children and four adults! The location was perfect, close enough to Santa's Village and Storyland and very close to the lovely center of N.Conway. Lisa was great to work with and I would deal with her again in a heartbeat!! Thanks for a great vacation!

We loved staying in this home. It was plenty big for our family. The accomodations were super. We were close to Conway Village, the outlets and Story Land. There is nothing that I didn't like about the house. The lower level was great for the youngsters - table to play games and color and the foosball table was great for the adults. We would like to rent again next year. Dealing with the owner was also great. I would recommend and will recommend this house to my friends.

A lovely place, very convenient to town but just enough out of the way to give you a feeling of privacy and closeness to nature. The National Forest begins directly behind the house, and it was gorgeous after a fresh snowfall. The house is cozy, well-stocked, and the bedrooms were all very spacious. Would definitely go back.

The condo was very clean. The loft is very private, and the unit has NO bunk beds. This was much appreciated by our adult children! The location off West Side Road is excellent. You can avoid the North Conway traffic if you're going hiking or skiing, yet you're close to North Conway for dining and shopping. I hope to rent this unit again.

We went to the condo during the weekend of the Labour Day and we were 9 persons. We were pleasantly all surprised by the available space. The condo is very well equipped, we find all there that it is necessary to cook, relax... Everything was very clean. The children appreciated a lot the babyfoot game which we found in the basement. We appreciated a lot the deck on which we spent our evenings. During our stay we went to Washington mountain (within 20 minutes of the condo) for hicking, it was magnificent. I would highly recommend this place and would rent from her again. Thanks Lisa for everything.

We stayed here the last week in August. My kids loved the loft and the games that were there. There was so much to do--hiking, Mt. Washington, Franconia Notch, horseback riding, canoeing. The townhouse was surrounded by woods, making it feel like we were camping, with the advantage of beds and showers.

I just wanted to thank Lisa (owner) for everything. She was quick to respond to emails and very pleasant to deal with. We rented this condo the week after Christmas. We were a little nervous at first about the condo being tight for 8 adults but it worked out. It was very comfortable. The condo was very clean and convenient to the slopes and shopping. It was well equipped with cooking utensils so we cooked a few nights but there are plenty of restaurants near by. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would rent from her again. Thanks again.

The place looks great! You did a great job decorating, the rooms all match and are warm and comforable. It is very quiet there, yet so close to everything. We did a lot of hiking, went to Cathedral ledge and the Flume. We wish we had more time. Thanks for everything. Chris
