My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights and were very pleased with everything. The condo was ready when we arrived and spotless. The view from the balcony was beautiful saw several stingrays and dolphins. The beach service had all new lounges and umbrellas. Brad did an excellent setting everything up and making sure we were comfortable on the beach. Parking was no problem had a van, trailer and a motorcycle with plenty of space for many others to park. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

One of the nicest place we have ever stayed at! We stayed in one of Celadon condos which were beautiful! Jing was the kindest and most accommodating man that we have ever dealt with. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated The Celadon is a well maintained condo resort The view was amazing. We could see the fishes and sting rays easily from the balcony Overall the trip was great... The condo was everything we expected it to be...wonderful to stay again.Did you find this review helpful? My family (2 adults, 4 kids) stayed at this condo for 3 nights. It was clean and well-stocked. Last year I stayed somewhere that I had to buy basics like paper towels, but we didn't have to buy anything but groceries here. There were pillows, sheets, dishes, silverware, extra garbage bags, paper towels, extra toilet paper, glasses, you name it, even a tea kettle and beach toys. With 6 of us, we had a LOT of towels (beach towels and also bathroom towels from baths and showers). The only complaint I had, and it is very minor, is that there were no hooks on the backs of the bathroom doors or any extra towel hooks for beach towels. We just draped the beach towels over the chairs on the patio. Like I said, it is a very minor complaint! Nong was easy to work with, friendly, answered questions quickly, and refunded my security deposit quickly. I contacted a lot of condo owners in Panama City Beach and other areas, and a lot of them didn't respond, didn't answer my questions, or were actually rude, so I appreciated Nong's friendliness and responsiveness. We used both swimming pools at this resort, and we liked them both. I also used the fitness room, which was clean and well-maintained. It was quiet at night at this condo, and the view from the patio was great. I got some beautiful pictures of the beach from there. I have no complaints about this condo. This condo was nicely decorated, clean and well stocked. The only item I wanted that wasn't there when we arrived was a cookie sheet. I purchased one and told the owner I was going to leave it there. I was pleased when the owner stated he would reimburse me for the cost. That cost and my deposit were promptly refunded to me within 3 days. We would definitely stay here again. I would like to start with this was the most relaxing vacation I have experienced in a while. Our family stayed in this condo; 2 adults and 4 children. The condo was everything we expected it to be, our children as well as ourselves were very pleased with the accommodations. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the baking essestials. The beach access was fulfilling, as well as the chairs that were provided through our rental(this ws a huge plus considering they are a $40 per day cost). the condo is on the end of the "front beach access" which provided a less touristy approach to our vacation. We came to Panama City for our daughters softball world series event, and even in this busiest time of season, we found this area quite relaxing to say the least. As far as the minor repairs go, we didn't notice a thing. Everything was in full working order. I will be staying at this condo in the future. We stayed the last week in May 2012 and found the unit to be very good. We enjoyed our week there. the unit is in good shape, it does need a few minor reapirs as all vacation units seem to need over time. But nothing that would keep me from going back. I would reccomend this unit to anyone with children because of the hall bunk beds and the sleeper sofa, which actually slept well. Tha master bedroom is on the road side of the unit and you could hear people outside at times. The bed was a king size. There is not wireless in the unit but, i brought my router from home and it worked fine with the ISDN connection in the unit. The balcony has plenty of room and even has a nice sized table. The kitchen is small but fine for our needs, it could use a few more spoons forks and cook wear. The door has a code that you can set so no need to worry about a key or pass card. The property its self is about 10-12 years old but is in good shape. The staff there works hard to keep it in good order. There are 2 pools and the beach side pool gets a lot of wind. The hot tub at pool two was out of service the entire week. This unit has beach service which is a double chait and umbrella. the chair is first come first serve. This is a major PLUS !!!! for the unit ! The beach staff is great and helpful. The owners at sunbelt were very responsive and easy to work with. Celadon is the last building on the west end of the beach so it is a quiet place to stay even in the busy time of year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our stay at the Celadon was lovely. Walking out the door of the condo right onto a beautiful beach made for a perfect vacation for our family. The pools were much larger than I expected, a good temperature and very clean. The condo was also very clean and equipped with everything we needed. I chose to cook most nights rather than eating out, and the kitchen was stocked with a variety of pans and dishes which was helpful. Went to this condo for a friends 50th birthday in mid September. Went back the end of October for my husbands birthday. We just love it!!!!! The place was beautiful and the 12th floor is perfect. We love the beach chairs being included and the keyless entry is a must! We love being on the quiet end of town and the beach is beautiful here. I just can't say enough nice things about Nong! He is the nicest person we have ever rented from. Always helpful and always gets back to any questions we may have. I always felt like I had nothing to worry about when I got there. I would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone. I have nothing negative to say about the condo or the owners! 100% Satisfied!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

If you are considering a condo at Celadon I would not hesitate to rent this condo. Nong was great to work with, he answered all e-mails and phone calls promptly. I spoke to other owners and some seem not to care if you rent from them or not. I like to rent from someone who appreciates and wants to accomodate me. I received my deposit back in a very timely manner. Celadon Resort is a great choice. Loved the location, it is located on the quiet end of PCB. The beach/chair service is a plus. There are also beach toys and extra chairs in the condo if needed. The condo is very close to the elevators, short walk to the beach, very spacious. During the time we went, the pools were not crowded which is more enjoyable. We tried both pools and the pool close to the beach is cooler but was very refreshing after coming from the beach. The photos accurately reflect the condo. I would recommend you calling today and book your vacation!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We started exploring Florida's Emerald Coast soon after moving from Northern California to Atlanta a few years ago. Following a camping tradition, we took vacations every summer at different Florida State Parks. From Pensacola and eastward bound, we covered the coast year after year, beach by beach, park by park. When we finally reached Panama City Beach, the family size had expanded from three to five. Gradually, setting up two tents and feeding three young children with fire ants around had gradually become less attractive. Looking at the high-rise gulf front condos, we changed our vacation style.
