  We gathered here for four days of snow and relaxation. During the course of our stay, family members regularly commented on what a wonderful home this is. Discovered on a website, but not to be forgotten! This place is incredible! I would recommend it to anyone, but especially to groups wanting to gather in a spacious, open-concept, amazing family room with fireplace, large dining area, and modern kitchen (double oven etc.). But it's also perfect for those having a need for multiple bedrooms offering different bed configurations and three full bathrooms as well. Not to mention the cozy little TV room with futon. The house is brand-new and well cared for. All contact with the owners was very positive, and they went beyond our expectations to make us feel welcomed. (There were even holiday decorations, lights etc. and they had the driveway plowed before our arrival--much appreciated since we had a prior week of heavy snowfall). We had planned to cook a couple evening meals, and brought along some supplies we thought we might need. Not necessary! Everything you would possibly need is there. So.....imagine yourself sitting by the fire, after a day of skiing, surrounded by family or friends, watching the snow fall outside those high windows you can see in the photos....or perhaps walking across the snow-covered deck to relax in the newly installed hot tub.....precious memories. This was our first visit, but I certainly hope we will be able to return someday!

  We stayed in this house two years ago, BEFORE it became this wonderful NEW house. The remodel was excellently implemented by the builder and owners. The four bedroom layout is great and the kitchen would make any gourmet cook green with envy. The quality of the furnishings, beds and deck layout speak volumes about the detailed planning that went into this home. We highly recommend this NEW house.

  My girlfriends (all 12) stayed here this past weekend, and had a wonderful time. The house made our times even better in that is was roomy, newly built, clean and reminded us of a Street of Dreams house! We definitely want to return to this house for our future escapes to Black Butte.

  We had a wonderful time at your beautiful new Black Butte home! The location is great (close to the South Meadow Pool) and the house is designed to meet all the needs of vacationers. We loved the large and lovely kitchen, the roomy bedrooms and the comfy living area with the large fireplace and TV. The deck has a great view of the activity of the the Ranch and we especially appreciated the amount of parking available. Our group hopes to return to your house again next year!

  We have stayed here many times and always found it to be wonderful! The view from the deck looks right at Black Butte. It is located near the pool and hot tub. Bikes are available for the family. Furnishings and decorations are very nice. The fireplace is so cozy in the winter time, too. Our grandson's like to call this place our "Snow House." No matter what time of the year you come...it always feels like you've come home. Thanks always...

Summer (Memorial day-Labor Day) .. $425/night
plus 7% Deschutes County tax & $125 cleaning fee
3 day minimum for 3 day weekends
Cleaning Deposit $300 (refunded after inspection and cleaning)
Pet fee - $100 per pet per week
Renters will pay Black Butte fee when checking in
