Our home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and has been carefully looked after. The home features a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a double-size bedroom, plus a further two twin rooms with shared bathroom. The property also benefits from having a 52inch TV in the family room it has over 100 channels. TV’s in every bedroom they are all linked to cable. The villa is furnished and decorated to a high standard and the pool, lawns and plants are tended weekly to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. There is air conditioning throughout, plus ceiling fans in all rooms and in the lanai dinning area, the bathrooms do not have fans. Our home provides everything for your perfect break.
The large screened area and 28-feet long solar-heated pool overlooks a picturesque lake, which faces south giving you the best benefits of the Florida sun and some spectacular sunrise and sunsets. The pool has the benefit of a pool heater for the cool months.
There is a community area with a large outdoor pool for that vigorous workout, also tennis courts, basketball, childrens playing field and BBQ facilities which are all free for you to use during your stay.
The World Famous white sandy beaches of Sarasota Bay, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island are only a short drive away. There are a wide selection of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. The area is renowned for its excellent golf courses, the nearest one within walking distance. Orlando and its many theme parks is only a 90 minute drive away whilst Busch Gardens is only 45 minutes drive
If shopping is your idea of a holiday, this area is ideal. There are numerous shops and malls in Bradenton and Sarasota plus one of the largest outlet malls in Florida only 15 minutes drive away at Ellenton. There is also the exquisite St Armarnds Circle just outside Sarasota for those with the taste for expensive boutiques and restaurants.
