  Our extended family stayed at this house at the peak of the season and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and quiet it was. The neighborhood was very family oriented and not noisy at all. We had close access to the beach area (just a short walk which we took at least twice a day). The house easily accommodated our family which included adult children and teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked and the house very clean. The was plenty of beach accessories and toys in the storage area under the house plus the hot tub was great! Definitely recommend this house to families and small groups. The owner and cleaning staff were very considerate and caring!

  What a great beach cottage for anytime of the year!!! I recently stayed here for a getaway weekend and am so glad I was able to relax in such a clean and comfortable place. Easy beach access already makes this a perfect location; and with shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions close by, you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. In case of an occasional rainy day, no worries because the house is so quaint and well-maintained that it invites you to stay cozy inside and relax… this was my choice and I’m definitely looking forward to returning again!!!

  A little bit of Heaven within walking distance to the beach:) This beach haven is Clean, open, comfortable with a great kitchen! We have stayed several times thruout the year and it is always quiet, cozy and a place to relax, reflect and have fun! You can walk over to McD's and get an ice cream cone, shop, grab a burger or bbq, take a walk to the beach for a day of it or an evening stroll; it's an all around great stay in the heart of the OBX where you can bring the whole family or just get away for a romantic weekend, just the two of us:) The neighbors are great and the neighborhood is great! You can bike, bbq, plenty of yard and deck for the family. Great kitchen for stay in meals! Very comfortable:) Can't wait to go back! "In my mind I'm goin' to Carolina . . . . . . . "

  Had a great time with a handful of friends around August of this year at this place. The cottage is centrally located and has easy access to the majority of restaurants around Kitty Hawk/Nags Head, many within a short walk. The house itself is smallish, but was comfortable and clean, perfect for my group. We enjoyed the hot tub and deck and nice kitchen. The short walk to the beach is easily doable and for the price, you can't beat it. I would highly recommend this spot to family and friends for a solid, comfortable base of operations around a great vacation area.

  Recently stayed at "Love Life" with my boyfriend and his brother for our New Year's Holiday. The house is in a wonderful area, just a two-minute walk to the beach access, and very convenient to restaurants, groceries, and the Wright Brother's Memorial by car. ($4 per person for admission, but the talk they give several times a day and the view from the monument are worth it!) The house itself is very lovely, well-maintained with loads of newly remodeled and decorated features. The kitchen is even better-stocked than my own! Can't beat this place for a wonderful getaway - we hope to come back and use the hot tub, bikes, and beach gear when it's warm enough to play outside again!

  We just got back from our stay at 'Love life' & we (me, my husband, and our 10 year old) definitely LOVED it. It is a small, quaint beach cottage that is perfect for couples or a family. At the house, you are a very short walk away from the beach - you can hear the ocean from the deck. Every day and night we either walked to the beach, or rode bicycles (which were available to use at the house). We had everything we needed - bicycles, boogie boards, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. We enjoyed going out and exploring, as much as we did just relaxing at the house. You are literally steps away from a few fast food restaruants, 7-11, and a souvenir store - which we found very convienent. The hot tub was awesome as well! Highly recommended - we will be staying again :)
