The condo can be rented as a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit OR as a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. Both the bedrooms have queen size beds.
The ROYAL SEA CLIFF condominium is an oceanfront complex with beautiful tropical gardens, streams and waterfalls through the center courtyard. The entry to the complex (complete with humpback whale sculpture) is on the 5th floor and the building is terraced down towards the ocean. The resort has two oceanfront pools (salt and fresh water), hot tub, two BBQ areas, covered reserved parking space and elevators.
The 1100 square foot unit has carpeting, central air conditioning and ocean view from the private lanai with sunset views from March to October. The unit number is #423.

The complex is approximately two miles south on Alii Drive from the center of Kailua-Kona.

Thanks so much for letting us stay in your condo on such short notice - you were a life/vacation saver! Who comes to Hawaii on vacation and doesn't want a pool - it's our favorite thing to do after diving all day with the great people at Jack's. Plus, since I like to cook, you have the best equipped kitchen I have ever had at a rental condo. As usual, the diving was great and we saw lots of great critters - mantas, eagle rays, sharks, pilot whales, octopus, dolphins, turtles & lots of fish. I even got to hold a seahorse at the seahorse farm! Thanks again for being a wonderful hostess and we'll be back. STAYED 4/28/07 - 5/5/07
