Playa Dorada offers you private beaches in El Salvador and it gives you the feeling that the beach is your own. There are days when you are the only one on the beach for miles, no crowds, no interruptions, maybe a net fisherman strolls by looking for a place to throw his net, but otherwise the beach is your own. Casa De Ocean View is approximately at Km 91 of (CA.2) road 2, which is the coastal highway. Casa De Ocean View is a beautiful and well-maintained traditional beach front estate with 19 coconut trees, stunning plants and flowers, a private pool and gazebo (Lanai) which makes Casa De Ocean View paradise.
Meals and needs: Victor and Blanca are the caretakers and are wonderful people willing to cater to your every need. Blanca (for a small fee) will prepare you meals upon request. Blanca can prepare the traditional meals, shrimp, fish, chicken served with rice, beans, salad and fresh tortillas, or ask her to prepare the Salvadoran dishes such as pupusas with cabbage salad or the Salvadoran tacos. For breakfast try the Pico de Gallo omelets, "outstanding". Victor will help you with transportation, contacts for sightseeing tours, surfing or buy your fish, shrimp, oysters, clams, fresh from the local fishermen. Also for a small fee Victor will gladly go to town to buy groceries, beverages etc. or accompany you to the grocery store. There are local farmers and fishermen that come by daily with a variety of vegetables, fish and goods sold right in front of Casa De Ocean View. (Learn more at questions and answers.)
Activities - At Casa De Ocean View your activities all can be arranged. Activities such as sightseeing, surfing (at different locations just in front of Casa De Ocean View) to deep-sea fishing, motorized trail-bike tours. If you want to just relax and take lazy strolls on the beach or sit back in the gazebo and watch the waves and enjoy the beautiful days or sway in the hammocks from the cool breeze of the ocean, all this can be yours at Casa De Ocean View. Of course you have to watch the sun go down, an unbelievable experience.

We had a spectacular month full of activities in a tropical climate where every day was a new experience. We went to nice places like the country that has mountains and lakes. The beach is beautiful and we had some beautiful sunsets. One day we went fishing with the fishermen of the area and brought many fish then we prepared at home. Almost every day we went to surf and met beautiful places along the coast. I recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful country in one of the safest and peaceful.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: Since I was in my twenties I loved the ocean ,I went to the beach every weekend together with my to children and I think it was the happiest time of my life. I¨m a woman that loves to read hear music and always bee near the ocean.I traveled in Soth America , I lived a year in Quebec in Canada and 11 years in Denmark where I meet my husband.He´s a musician and he´s from Montevideo, Uruguay and of course he also loves the sea!!! For os is our life's dream !
