New on the market with free WiFi, this brightly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is complete with new fully equipped kitchen and appliances (microwave, dishes, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, coffee pot, blender, iron/board)and new air conditioning unit. This villa is conveniently located in building 2 at Hilton Head Resort, 663 William Hilton Pkwy, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.
Enjoy a view of the ocean and the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course from your private balcony, master bedroom and living area. The living room sofa opens up to a queen size bed sleeping six comfortably (max. 4 adults). There is a 52' flat screen TV, and DVD player as well as WiFi. The spare bedroom has a tv for dvd use only. There is a small selection of dvd's that are available to you. We have beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, tennis rackets, beach toys and a beach buggy to lug everything to the beach. All you need is your bathing suit and beach towels. There are three pools located at the resort, walking track, lighted tennis courts and bicycle rentals. Take a 6 minute walk down our private boardwalk that leads you to the beach & Coco's on the Beach. If you don't want to walk, take the shuttle (golf cart with trailer). Coco's on the Beach serves food and refreshments and they have bathrooms, no need to leave the beach! Wi-Fi is also available in the building 3 pool area, Island Grill Deli and at Coco's on the Beach. The Island Grill Deli, located by building 1 pool has breakfast/lunch menu.

Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Resort
My husband and I grew up near the Long Island sound and we've always loved the beach. For years we would vacation along the Jersey shore and Ocean City, Maryland. We felt that it was time to find a place of our own. We fell in love with Hilton Head, it's clean, the beaches are beautiful, there are many activities for every age group. Whether you like bicycling, fishing, golfing, tennis, snorkeling, antiquing, it's all right there for you. The historic Savannah, GA is a short 45 minute drive away, or you can take the ferry. The Unique Benefits at this Villa
There are many amenities for you to enjoy in our resort. We have 3 pools (2 outdoor / 1 indoor), 6 lighted tennis courts, walking track, kiddie pool, fitness room and our own private boardwalk that takes you to the beach. The boardwalk runs through the marshlands that have an abundance of wild life. If you don't feel like leaving the pool to have lunch, the Island Grill deli, located by bldg 1 pool serves breakfast / lunch. There is also Coco's on the Beach, located at the end of the boardwalk. They have bathrooms, serve food and refreshments as well as cocktails, so you don't have to leave the beach. We enjoy going to Coco's in the evenings for a cocktail and the wonderful ocean breeze. There is also live entertainment on Friday evenings.

Hello Marie! Everything is great here in Hilton Head. It is our last night here and wish we didn't have to leave. The week went by too fast lol. Thank you so much for the champagne. Everything was great here. You have a wonderful condo in a great location. We have relaxed on the beach, ate some nice restaurants, golfed, shopped and just relaxed. Everything was perfect. Dom and Marie have done an excellent job with this condo. It's the small details that makes it count, and they did not forget to leave out one detail at all(i.e beach buggy, beach bags, etc). The condo has a nice good high-end feel to it. In summary, I've paid 2 or 3x more for other condos and none can touch the amenities this condo has. The views from the condo are excellent giving you a view of the marsh, beach and golf course. Great for sunrises. The resort deli is wonderful as well. Reasonable prices with great food. It'll surprise you how good it is. I do not think I ever had a bad meal there...the chicken wings are great!!

Home away from home! Let us start out by thanking you both for having this incredible villa stocked with absolutely everything you would need to go to the beach with and get around Hilton Head. No need to pack anything but bathing suits as you generously have anticipated your guest needs and wants. We took a short drive (30 minutes) to Savannah for the day, enjoyed the Heritage golf tournament, imbibed in nearby restaurants, rented bikes, and sat on your terrace soaking in the sun and views of the golf course, beach, and pond. Dom and Marie, Thanks so much. Everything here is fantastic. We have one more day in paradise. Yesterday was spent in Savannah. On Monday, we went to Charleston. Otherwise, we've just been lounging around and we've rarely seen a cloud! Today should be around 70 along the coast. You have a wonderful villa in Hilton Head and I will highly recommend this to everyone. We had such a great time in Hilton Head. We loved everything about your place. Here's the note I left in the book: FEBRUARY AT HILTON HEAD There was nary a cloud For the entire week Peace and contentment Was not hard to seek Everything we needed Was within easy reach And every single day Was a day at the beach On Monday it was Charleston To sample southern fare On Thursday we hiked Savannah With hardly a care The villa was wonderful Furnished with a nice touch I can honestly say We hadn't expected so much The middle of February Proves the best time of year When we can hopefully say The end of winter is near Someday we'll be back To this view of the coast To Dom and Marie We thank you the most Thanks again! thanks for letting us rent your beach place......we had a great time....rented wave runners....went water skiing.....shark fishing......the beach was great ...the ocean was 87 degrees....your place was very nice....clean...and had everything that could be needed...we liked cocos on the beach..and the golf cart that takes you to the beach was a big help with all the stuff you need for 3 boys......we will definetly be back....thanks again....the sheehan gang......
