The condo. and the resort was excellent. The condo. is well maintained and very clean and the view looking out over the golf course and towards the sea is very relaxing. We are a retired couple and could not have asked for a nicer place to stay at a reasonable cost. Everybody we encountered was very friendly and we walked to the Piggly Wiggly several times as it is so close. Restaurant and store on sight and a bar on the beach what more could anybody ask for. (Weather was great for March). Dom and Marie are terrific hosts.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Hi Marie and Dom: Couldn't say enough about your condo. Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves and found so many nice restaurants for dinner. We went to Savannah two times and loved it. I'm keeping your number handy for next year as this was one of the most relaxing trips we have made. I wrote a little memoir in your book under the table. The weather was absolutely perfect with just one day of rain. Again, many thanks for your concern and hospitality.

Hello Marie! Everything is great here in Hilton Head. It is our last night here and wish we didn't have to leave. The week went by too fast lol. Thank you so much for the champagne. Everything was great here. You have a wonderful condo in a great location. We have relaxed on the beach, ate some nice restaurants, golfed, shopped and just relaxed. Everything was perfect. Dom and Marie have done an excellent job with this condo. It's the small details that makes it count, and they did not forget to leave out one detail at all(i.e beach buggy, beach bags, etc). The condo has a nice good high-end feel to it. In summary, I've paid 2 or 3x more for other condos and none can touch the amenities this condo has. The views from the condo are excellent giving you a view of the marsh, beach and golf course. Great for sunrises. The resort deli is wonderful as well. Reasonable prices with great food. It'll surprise you how good it is. I do not think I ever had a bad meal there...the chicken wings are great!!

Home away from home! Let us start out by thanking you both for having this incredible villa stocked with absolutely everything you would need to go to the beach with and get around Hilton Head. No need to pack anything but bathing suits as you generously have anticipated your guest needs and wants. We took a short drive (30 minutes) to Savannah for the day, enjoyed the Heritage golf tournament, imbibed in nearby restaurants, rented bikes, and sat on your terrace soaking in the sun and views of the golf course, beach, and pond. What a breeze. You were just a phone call away if there was anything we needed or has questions about. We plan to return to your villa very soon. Pete/Betty & Glenn/Carol April 2011

Dom and Marie, Thanks so much. Everything here is fantastic. We have one more day in paradise. Yesterday was spent in Savannah. On Monday, we went to Charleston. Otherwise, we've just been lounging around and we've rarely seen a cloud! Today should be around 70 along the coast. You have a wonderful villa in Hilton Head and I will highly recommend this to everyone. We had such a great time in Hilton Head. We loved everything about your place. Here's the note I left in the book: FEBRUARY AT HILTON HEAD There was nary a cloud For the entire week Peace and contentment Was not hard to seek Everything we needed Was within easy reach And every single day Was a day at the beach On Monday it was Charleston To sample southern fare On Thursday we hiked Savannah With hardly a care The villa was wonderful Furnished with a nice touch I can honestly say We hadn't expected so much The middle of February Proves the best time of year When we can hopefully say The end of winter is near Someday we'll be back To this view of the coast To Dom and Marie We thank you the most Thanks again! Hilton Head is beautiful. I left a page in your comment book.The condo itself, was great. I can be very picky when it comes to my vacation decor and yours was not only updated, but tasteful too. The beach wasn't very crowded and it was especially nice after 5:30. You also had the kitchen and "beach closet" supplied well.The price was great and it was easy and friendly contacting you w/ any questions. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your condo!!

thanks for letting us rent your beach place......we had a great time....rented wave runners....went water skiing.....shark fishing......the beach was great ...the ocean was 87 degrees....your place was very nice....clean...and had everything that could be needed...we liked cocos on the beach..and the golf cart that takes you to the beach was a big help with all the stuff you need for 3 boys......we will definetly be back....thanks again....the sheehan gang......

Thanks for the use of your nice condo. I enjoyed having breakfast on your patio each morning. The view is very nice. Rented waverunners, and it was very wet and wild with high waves, but fun.

Let me start by saying thank you! We had such a great time! The view from your balcony was so nice. We sat out there at night and just watched the fish jump from the pond! We got a kick of how the marsh filled with water at night. We spent both Saturday and Sunday(after I visited the outlet mall!) at the beach and even visited the pool in building 1. I love how the beach was not crowded. My daughter, who is a nature fanatic, caught crabs and even a couple of starfish! We even got to see an alligator by the pond outside the balcony! What a treat! We really liked [Cocos] and walked the board walk to the beach so we could see all the animals along the way. Your condo was very nice, it had a homelike feel and had anything and everything we would need. We even had a blast playing Yatzee one night. Thank you again for sharing your property with us. We found a favorite new get away place! We look forward to getting with you and renting your condo again in the very near future. Thank you again!
