We have rented condos in many places and found this one to be extremely well equipped. If you want to cook meals in they already have salt and pepper some spices, plenty of cooking equipment. The bed was very comfortable and it does have almost front door parking. The walk to Sapphire beach is very short and the snorkling there is good. I also would recommend a car or use the money for taxi's to get around. Close by is Secret beach but a taxi or car ride. The taxi's pick you up at the front door. Be sure and ask them the $ when you call for a taxi because the driver may have a different $, but that goes for all over the island. There are some EXCELLENT reaturants in St. Thomas. Red Hook is very close, where you can get to St. John via ferry or a boat for deep sea fishing (remember your motion sickness tablets). It is truely a great condo, but you would not want to spend a week there without transportation or planning on taxi's. Unfortunately we were there for only 2 days, but couldn't have been happier with our accommodations.

The studio condo had all we needed to have a wonderful first stay in St Thomas.A great bed let us get a good nights sleep to be ready for full days of exploring. The small but full kitchen allowed us to eat breakfast and a few other meals in, We rented a car for a few days and would recommend that.(the condo has virtually door front parking) The condo must be in the best location in the complex. It is across the street from the office where free wifi is available and just steps from the pool and on site restaurant. It overlooks the marina which always has some activity and is very close to the departure area for tours of St. John and the BVI. (New Horizons sail/snorkel trip with Marcus and Bill is recommended) The owner supplied a full set of instructions and suggestions which answered most questions about the condo, the area, and the islands. The dollar taxis got us to Red Hook for ferry departures, shopping, and restaurants. and a $4.00 taxi ride got us back. For some reason the dollar taxis only run in one direction but they will take you into the capital and back via their circular route. Since it appears everything but rum has to be imported I was prepared for higher prices but they were not as high as I had expected and the KMarts and some other warehouse type stores have everything that is available in mainland stores. The driving on the left was different but at a max speed limit of 35 MPH was manageable. In short we found the condo to be a great headquarters for exploring the area and the USVI.

Very nice condo in a good location. Overlooking marina and views of St John. A short walk to a great beach. The condo was very well equipped and supplied. We have rented condos and timeshares all over the world and this was one of our best experiences ever. Go to St John and use Capt Vic if you take the car ferry. Snorkel at Coki and Secret Harbor. Have a meal at Fungi's Beach Bar. It is a great place to vacation.
