Completely renovated in 2010, this third-floor oceanfront condominium is one of the nicest units in the Shipwatch complex. And if you’re an electronics buff, you’ve hit the jackpot.
There are three flat-screen TVs, including a 46-inch model in the living area with a Blu-Ray DVD player and access to 400 channels plus all the premium movie channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax). In addition, the living room stereo and both bedroom alarm clocks have IPOD docking stations that allow guests to play their own music through them. And did we mention high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi? All two-bedroom Shipwatch units have the same general floor plan, with the living room and master bedroom facing the ocean and having an adjoining balcony. The dining area and kitchen are set back from the living room but offer unobstructed views out the beachfront windows.
In this condominium, a zebra-patterned floor rug and striped sitting chair give the living area an exotic flavor. Large mirrors spread soothing natural lighting around nicely. The sofa pulls out into bed, boosting sleeping capacity to six if needed.
In the dining area, a map of the Carolinas hangs over a striking black and natural wood table. Upgrades galore are in the kitchen, including granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
Both bedrooms have large king beds and adjoining bathrooms. The master’s bath has been fully upgraded with a walk-in shower, new tile and a double vanity. Cushioned chairs on the balcony are made for relaxing by the waves. Condo is approximately 1,084 square feet.
