  We enjoyed this Condo, very much. It is. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Our 2 Grandkids, 8 and 10, loved the bunk beds and their own flat screen TV. Their bathroom was mere steps away. The balcony is large with view of the Gulf and the water park. We were impressed with the security force both at the water park , keeping playful fun under control, and in the hallways for safety. On our first day we felt we might need more paper products. Called Linda, we were pleased to receive additional items later that day. The Master bedroom and bath are good size and have direct access to the balcony. It was a great condo to spend a week away at the Gulf with the kids.

  Our stay was perfect. The pictures of this condo are beautiful, but could never do the actual condo justice. As soon as we opened the door to the condo for the first time, I knew this would be a great stay. Everything was so clean and new. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. I loved having a washing machine in the condo also. The view was great and I gets plenty of afternoon sun. This will be the only condo we rent from now on!!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Our family of four (2 adults, 2 children under 10) had a wonderful stay at Waterscape. The condo is great. The furnishings are top notch and the kids loved the built-in bunks. The adults enjoyed having our own big room and bathroom. The condo is quiet and you can't hear other guests. There was a lot of families at the resort and our kids were able to roam from pool to pool freely. Bouncing between the sugar sand beach and waterpark was great. The grills are nice but popular so get to them early! Highly recommend the resort and the condo. Top floor is worth getting!

  Our family stayed 3/20/11 - 3/27/11, the place was perfect. We have 2 children 11 and 12, there was plenty for them to do. The sleeping accomadations were great, the boys loved the bunk beds and my wife loved the kitchen and the layout. Parking was no problem, staff were friendly and helpful, great touch with all the grills no problem getting to use them. Another nice touch was having the Cabana and 2 beach chairs which came with the unit, just had to give the kid your number and no extra cost.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  My family of 4 with a 3 year old and 7 month old baby had a fabulous week in Fort Walton. This condo is absolutely wonderful. The decorations were outstanding. Linda was a pleasure to work with. While you are at WaterScape I would recommend eating at Old Bay. The Lobster Steamer for 2 is to die for! The water was perfect and there was no oil to worry about either. Thanks Linda!

  We are so thankful to have stumbled upon your rental at Waterscape. It was more than we could have ever expected. The pictures really do not do the unit or views justice. The exquisite decor and warmth of the condo are exceptional! It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. And it didn't end there... the views are absolutely breathtaking!We are both "neat nuts", so it was so nice to walk into such a spotless "home away from home". We also noticed a lot of TLC taken with the pool area. We feel extremely special to have been the first to rent the unit. We did not want to leave this morning. This was our first visit to the Gulf coast area and will not be our last. This was an extremely wonderful last minute trip!Thank you again! Appreciate all of your help in making this such an enjoyable and memorable vacation for us!
