  We spent the month of July for the second year and had an even more wonderful time. So close to everything, walk to the beach, walk to the shops and even walk to the market. Grandchildren rode bikes everywhere, daughters spent time with them at Sea World, beach, games in the back yard and coffee and chats on the front porch. Already planning on next year.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  I spent the month of July in this beautiful home with my daughters and grandchildren. We walked two blocks to the beach in one direction, two blocks to Moo Town in the other...the location of the home was super. We spent most of our time at the beach, Sea World and sitting on the front porch. It was a month to remember.

  A rating of 5 stars and a perfect 10 could not go far enough to say how at home were were in this classic beach home away from home! From the first correspondence the owners were wonderful to work with and genuinely lovely to us all-including 2 goofy yellow labs from the mountains who LOVED the nearby dog beach ;-). The house is large, comfortable and very guest friendly with every amenity we could dream of. The kitchen is amazing and the porch/back yard and hot tub made coming "home" wonderful. If anything the owners are too modest in their descriptions of this amazing home-the kitchen alone should be in a magazine-wonderful but not fussy. How can you go wrong with lemon and orange trees in the back yard and daily walks all over town & to the beach. We honestly felt like locals for a month and hated to leave but hope to come back often as we feel we've made new and lasting friends.

  Our three-week stay in this lovely home was the best. The large, well-equipped kitchen kept us at home most nights. We did, however, enjoy the many restaurants a short walk from the house. The beach is a block away so walks and sunset viewing were daily. The location couldn't have been better for exploring Coronado and the 20-minute ferry to San Diego was convenient for seeing the city sights. The property owners were so gracious. The warmth of their home was immediate and we were so comfortable. Property very well maintained and clean. All rooms cozy and perfect of large or small families. We would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Can't wait to go back. The entire experience was "More Than Expected".

  Just spent 10 glorious days at this house. My family of 4 (13 year old and 3 year old) had a really wonderful time. Enjoyed the location of home, so easy to walk to everything, or ride the bikes. Homeowners fabulous to work with also. If you are looking for a great place to stay........look no further, this place is it!
