Can't say enough positive things about this condo. The location is great -- really beachfront and a straight shot from Miami Int. airport. I visited with my 6 and 8 year old daughters and stayed a week over Thanksgiving 2012. The unit itself is pristine and equipped like a luxury hotel; yet comfortable and relaxed enough for my kids to enjoy. Loved the morning sunrises that can be seen throughout the apt. There is a full service grocery store five minutes up the road; along with a Miami Public library which was fun for the kids. The beach is clean and very private; the kids loved the lovely seashells they collected. Lots of nice "extras" -- beach towels; coolers; wide assortment of magazines which mom loved. There is free valet parking; great when you come home with lots of groceries or packages or in my case for my elderly aunt/uncle who visited. Superb closet space which faciltated organizing the whole family. A restaurant in the building next door which has very good take out and delivery and also has a nice oceanfront view if you prefer to eat on site. Everything in the unit is high end -- shower accessories and TVs and the decor makes you feel serene. The kitchen is stocked with lots of wonderful accessories which would suit most demanding chefs. An ample hip dining table made it easy to invite friends ver for a leisurely lunch (one of whom immediately tried to book the unit for her overseas relatives for Christmas). The owner Willie is very responsive and an accomplished professional. He was prompt, courteous and put me at ease. I definitely would return again. It is a gem.

Outstanding One Bedroom Apartment!

We stayed at this beautiful beachfront condo two weeks ago. We are a family of four, and the place exceeded all our expectations. I have two little children so when we travel, my wife and I prefer to stay in houses or apartments that have full kitchens. This place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in. It was fully equipped, modern yet elegant, and the most beautiful view of the ocean with full size glass windows to look out of from both the living room and the master bedroom. There's a great balcony and I immensely enjoyed drinking my morning coffee as the sun rose and having a cocktail as the sun set. The location is perfect as it is right in the middle of Miami Beach (about 10 blocks away from Fontainbleau). Our beach access was great and generally not very crowded. I wake up early with my children and before 11am, it feels like your own private beach. Even when it's "crowded" its not even remotely as crowded as the hotel beaches are. I know this has been said before, but the pictures are true representations of what the apartment looks like. Additionally, I must reiterate how great the owner Willie is. He is genuinely one of the nicest men I've met. Extremely helpful and accommodating. I enthusiastically recommend this place! For those with children, I highly recommend visiting the Miami Zoo which I think blows the Bronx Zoo away and check out the beach at crandon park in key biscayne. Really calm waters and crystal clear. Have fun.

Fantastic Spring Break

I had the opportunity to take my 2 teenage daughters to Miami this year on Spring Break. In work in the area and frequent S Florida often, so was very familliar with getting around. The condo is very nice, clean and equipped better than most homes. The set-up is perfect for as many as 4, but probably no more comfortably. While the complex is not new, they are making a lot of repairs and upgrades....for the location though..it is very worth it. The beach in front of it is very nice, and it is only a short walk to the Fontainbleu.....which has a GREAT pool. Willie greeted us, solved any issues immediately and was very helpful in recommending great restaurants. We will be back!!! Thanks Willie.

A great place to vacation

This was our second time at this condo and again we stayed for four weeks. My wife and I cannot say enough about our overall experience. The owner is an outstanding human being who will do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. He even helped us bring a luggage cart full of suitcases up to the suite and took the empty cart back by himself. The condo has been completely renovated and is truly splendid. The location for us is ideal, right on the ocean and near South Beach,shopping and restaurants. We have already booked for winter 2012. This is a great find!

Excellent Vacation Rental!

First off, the condo is exactly as described-beautiful, well kept, with an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean from both the bedroom and the balcony! Everything you would need is there, and added bonus Willie is super attentive and goes out of his way to make you feel at home and everything is perfect. We went for a week for our honeymoon, and it was awesome! The beach is beautiful and has a cool little sand bar, so you could go out deeper and take everything in. Very relaxing, absolutely gorgeous, and I highly recommend it! The ONLY reason I give it 4/5 and not 5/5 is that we were unlucky enough to stay there when someone was demolishing the interior of their condo close by. It was EXTREMELY loud for 2 of the days we were there, and even though Willie tired very hard to limit the noise times, there wasn't much you could do to make that better. Probably doesn't happen often, so we were just very unlucky in that. All in all, the condo is wonderful, and if you are looking to stay in Miami Beach, the unit is definitely worth it. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

My wife and I stayed six weeks from October to November 2011. We met Willie on arrival, he showed us the condo and made us feel at home. The condo is well-appointed, spacious, quiet and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. We had a great time and everything was perfect. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and super vacation.

My husband and I stayed here for a 1 week getaway April 22 - 30th. This condo is exactly what you see in the photos! No misrepresentation whatsoever. The condo is well-appointed, spacious, and quiet. Fabulous views from the balcony. The owner, Willie, met us at the condo when we arrived from the airport to go over all of the details and to acquaint us with all of the features of the place. He is a gracious host and even offered us an extra nights stay as we were celebrating our 10th anniversary! The beach was mostly empty. As beachcombing is a favorite of mine, I was elated to find that this stretch of beach was a fantastic area to find great shells. We had a great time and look forward to staying with you again Willie!

What a wonderful vacation! Very relaxing. Beautiful location, view, and beach. Fantastic building. The owner, Willie, is gracious, accessible, and he made us feel like we were staying in our own home. (The importance of this aspect of renting on VRBO can not be overstated. A great owner makes a world of difference in the quality of your stay.) This is a one-of-a-kind unit in a great building. The entire experience was everything that we hoped it would be -- and more. This Condo is the REAL DEAL!

A Great condo that is just like it looks! We stayed Ap1- Ap8, 2011 and were not disappointed. The owner, Willie was very helpful in making sure everything was good for us. He gave us restaurant recommendations and met us at the condo to go over everything in detail. The condo is 1/2 way between South Beach and North Beach. Here is a tip, We did not rent a car! you can easily get to everything by bus $2.00 pp or a small cab fee. We spent less than $120 for transportation and $80 of that was for the cab to and from the airport. Also if you love walking the South Beach boardwalk is only 2 miles away and from there it goes about 4 miles to South Beach. One thing of note is that there are no BBQ's, not Willies fault , just not provided by the building when we were there. A wonderful private beach and huge pool, a super vacation!!

A Beautiful Vacation Condo

My wife and I spent the last two weeks of January 2011 at this condo. The owner; Willie, met us on arrival and showed us around the building as well as his condo. It was very helpful to have someone explain the workings for the lighting, the appliances and especially the entertainment system. The condo is truly a luxurious holiday residence. Lots of marble and granite. A well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room furniture. Extra comfy king sized bed and everything was very clean and tidy. The living room and bedroom each have a 50 inch television. Music channels, movie channels and many other entertainment channels are available if anyone wishes to watch TV. The balcony was our favorite place to relax. Great view of the ocean, the beach and the people on the beach. Comfortable balcony furniture as well. Watched a few sunrises as well as drifted off to sleep while relaxing in the fresh air. The large swimming pool is a true 'heated' pool. Water was always very warm. Lots of lounges and chairs poolside. Lounges are placed on the beach as well so there's a choice, pool or beach. Thank you Willie. We enjoyed our stay and recommend your hospitality to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

My wife and I stayed for the month of December 2010. The condo is lovely and very well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed in this one bedroon, was more comfortable than my own. The ocean view was spectacular and the owner, Willie was very helpful and a total pleasure to deal with. Needless to say, we have already rented for next year.

An absolutely beautiful apartment ! My wife and I spent 3 weeks in this beautiful apartment and everything was perfect for us. As a pilot I travel a lot all over the world and so I can say the condo was more than perfect. You have a fantastic view of the beach from the bedroom and livingroom which are really nice designed. Also the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking nice meals.We´ d liked also the two bathrooms so everyone had its own. The beach is clean and quiet and if you want nightlife, people watching and nice restaurants you can go by bus ( bus stop across the street ) to south beach ( about 15 minutes ). We can recommend this condo absolutely and Willie is a very good host.Thanks again Willie we will come again.

Just to let you know we totally endorse all of the Travelers reviews. Everything that was said was true from interaction with the owner,to description of this beautiful condo and its location. It went beyond our expectations and we plan to stay there whenever we take a trip to Florida,and we have highly recommended this oasis to our friends and family. We can still close our eyes and picture the unobstructed view of the sunrise over the ocean. This place is a dream come true.

My boyfriend and I spent one week in this condo back in May. We cannot say enough amazing things about it. This was our first time staying in a vacation rental and it was fantastic. We both travel a great deal and really value luxurious accommodations and great service. This experience exceeded any expectation we may have had. It was far better than any of the hotels we've stayed in in Miami. Firstly, the apartment is beautiful-- the description on this site cannot do it justice. The views are breathtaking, it has every amenity imaginable. The linens, the kitchen supplies, the furniture, the bed, the beach accessories, etc. are all top of the line and far better than anything you'd get at a hotel. We were able to work from the apartment and the beach-- the wireless internet connection works there too! We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and prepared great meals at home-- something you can't do if you stay at a hotel and need to eat out three meals a day. We loved the convenience of having parking downstairs and being very close to so many great spots. We wouldn't change one thing about the experience. The interactions with the owner were super easy and very smooth. He is honest, fair and very reasonable. It was a pleasure dealing with him. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment without reservation.

Restful Nights Listening to the Surf

I stayed at this impecable one bedroom with my wife and 6 year old daughter this past May. The apartment is located right on the beach and 2 minute drive from a great Publix, it has great beach toys. The parking garage is onsite and an elevator ride away. You will find the apartment exactly as it is in the pictures. Lovely bathrooms, modern kitchen with all the pots , pans, etc. you might need. The terrace faces the ocean and the morning sun wakes you as the ocean surf eases you to sleep while lying on the soft couch on the terrace. The best part of the apartment is the owner who is very helpful and gracious. We arrived on Mother's Day and he didn't initally realize this until the night before when he had to leave his mom's special day to make our vacation begin. The beach- the ocean was a great place for our 6 year old daughter to enjoy as her first experience in the ocean. Great for picking shells and walking out to the sand bar. On the down side the pool is not for children new to swimmiing, it starts at 3 feet and goes to 9 feet. Also the residents are friendly but most speak spanish.

This condo was the perfect combination of luxury and relaxation. Great location on a semi private beach which is clean and quiet. Close enough to enjoy all of the great restaurants and nightlife but far enough away to not be bothered bothered by the crowds and noise and to be family friendly. Willie is the best host ever! He was hugely helpful in every way.

I rented this condo for only 5 days but it was just amazing. I came in with a very high expectation due all the photos, preview reviews and owner first class hospitality but I came out totally impressed with all the top amenities, ocean view, location and luxury throughout the entire apartment. I have also rented in multiple places in South Florida for vacation homes / condo but this unit definitely is No.1 in my list. I will be a repeated customer time and time again. Thanks Willie !!

Wonderful Escape with Amazing Views!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a week in March of 2010 and had an amazing time! The view is remarkable; we started out every morning with coffee, a walk on the beach, followed by breakfast out on the balcony lounger taking in the wonderful scenery. Some days we preferred to stay right at the beach. For lunch, all we had to do was wander back up to the condo, cook burgers in the very modern and updated kitchen, make another drink, and head back down to the ocean. We enjoyed using the large and up-to-date fitness facility downstairs a couple of times as well as the free use of beach chairs in the sand (put your towels on the chairs early as they are often taken on busy days). I highly suggest taking a taxi to South Beach (only about $15) for wonderful people-watching and great restaurants. We also spent a day touring the everglades with a company that picked us up in Ft. Lauderdale which I highly recommend (http://www.ecosafari.com/). It was wonderful coming back to the condo every day, watching TV on one of the great plasmas, looking at the moon over the ocean, and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again!

This vacation rental was magnificent! Willie was so instrumental in every aspect of our stay, helping with ideas from places to eat, to transportation. Before we even arrived, he helped us with all questions and/or details we had. He really put himself out there to assure us that this was not one of those "too good to be true places". (photos are great but do not do it justice)! He gave us the bus schedule sites and a multitude of assistance whenever we asked.. We decided to just take the bus and took a cab only 2 x's during our stay. Much easier than finding parking when site seeing. Although there is free parking available at the condo!. The condo was beyond our imagination. He remodeled, adding pocket doors and raising ceilings, knocking out walls to make this condo truly unique. The cherry cabinetry and the leather furniture was so luxurious, we felt like millionaires! The bed was huge and comfortable!! Brand new linens. The towels and extra lap blankets were top of the line. The outdoor couch was great and with the glass patio; we felt safe with an unobstructed view of the breathtaking ocean right in your backyard!! The two bathrooms with floor to ceiling travertine marble with the multi-shower heads were unbelievably refreshing! (We didn' want to get out). Very neat bowl sink- very artistic state of the art decor thorughout this lovely condo. Willie was so flexible really accommodated our every need. He even gave us his cell # that we used a couple of times for recommendations on places to go for sunset dinners. The ocean was not too cold to swim in even though it was March And the heated, huge pool was great! Wonderful lawn chairs on beach and poolside. The huge flat screen, surround sound HD TVs- (one in bedroom and the one in living room you could turn to face the kitchen, patio or your end of the huge leather cream sectional couch! Great big walk-in closet to boot! Willie left no stone unturned and personally greeted us when we arrived.. We will definitely return to this condo again and again and hopefully for a long term stay. There are so many other fine details, too many to mention. We just wanted to let others know that this is the best VRBO we've had the pleasure of "living in". We have stayed all over the country and part of the world and enjoyed this particular condo/stay immensely!!! Thanks again for everything, Willie!!! You treated us like royalty and yet like family. Best of Miami Beach

We recently completed a 20-night stay in this condo and everything was perfect with respect to our stay. The owners went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met ... and how could our needs not be met? ... (i) top quality furnishings, entertainment systems, bedding, appliances, utensils, etc. in a tastefully designed unit ... it was quite obvious that this unit was designed and equipped for owner use and not for rentals; (ii) a fantastic view of the beach from the unit and the deck ... it felt like waking up on a balcony-level room on a new cruise ship; (iii) a private self-serve parking spot in a building where most guests are required to use valet parking; (iv) a newly renovated, clean unit ... right down to the bathrooms, complete with Italian fixtures (v) in addition to the pool area, a beautiful, quiet beach with beach lounge chairs available; (vi) a price that is more than reasonable ... considering what was being asked for other units along the A1A that had similar or less attributes. A Publix is only 10 blocks away and there is easy access from I95 via I195. Our only regret was that we could not have stayed longer .. but we will make up for that next year, as we already have our month booked. Our desire to return is evidence enough that we would highly recommend this particular condo! This unit was the 10th condo that we have rented for extended stays in the past five years, either in Florida or Hawaii. It is the one that tops our list.

Fabulous Unit!

I had the honor of being the first guest to stay in this beautiful property and it was an absolute delight. The condo is simply gorgeous. It has been beautifully designed, decorated and taken care of. The kitchen is fantastic with high end appliances, granite counters and plenty of beautiful glassware and dishes. The living room is furnished with a super comfy leather sectional which was a great place to stretch out and relax while watching the HUGE television. The bedroom contained a comfortable bed, high count bedding and a walk in closet. Both bathrooms were stunning with modern fixtures and the best shower I have experienced in a looong time! The building itself was also impressive. The lobby area was stylish and well maintained. The pool area was very nice with planty of lounge chairs.The gym, although a little small, had everything you need to work out during vacation. I loved having the choice between valet parking (for Free!) or parking in the garage, and I took advantage of both. But lets face it, if you are thinking of going to Miami, it's to enjoy the beach, right? Well, from this condo, you can see the beach from every room. Totally unobstucted views. I spent hours sitting on the balcony just enjoying staring at the ocean and hearing the waves crash. Absolute perfection! I have been visiting Maimi for several years and have stayed at many rental properties. None have impressed me as much as this one. I can't recommend it highly enough. If you're thinking of going to Miami and want a beautiful, high end condo in the perfect location with an owner that is kind and interested in ensuring that you have the perfect vacation, you can stop looking. You've found it!! Book it and enjoy!
