The Park Station Condominium Hotel is located at the base of Park City’s historic Main Street, within walking distance to shops, nightlife, and a variety of eating establishments. Steps from your condo you will have convenient access to the Town Lift and the Skier's Bridge. Free public transit stops regularly just outside the Park Station, taking riders to any one of our neighboring resorts.
The Park Station features two buildings with privately owned hotel rooms, one, two and three bedroom condominiums. Cable Television, daily towel and trash service and wireless internet access are included.
Guests staying at the Park Station Condominium Hotel check-in onsite at 950 Park Avenue and have access to all property amenities, including an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna and coin-operated laundry facilities. Complimentary outdoor and covered parking is available.
During the summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day), guests also have access to a large outdoor pool.

Hotel Room/1 Bath (260 sq. ft.) features one queen bed. Sleeps up to 2.
1 Bedroom/1 Bath condominium (700 sq. ft.) features two twin beds and a pull-out sofa sleeper in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, wood-burning fireplace and balcony. Sleeps up to 4.

Beware, this is a rental by a Management Company, many of which are dated units from a time-share pool of properties. If you want a By Owner Property you may want to try another listing and complain to VRBO for allowing large Property Management Companies on a By Owner Website.

Manager response: Thank you for your review. Yes, we are a Management Company and this fact is not hidden in this listing. We represent the owner of privately owned units at the Park Station Condominium Hotel. All units vary in quality and decor, however, they all must meet a certain standard to be included under our management. We are sorry this guest had an unpleasant experience, because we do have the capability to move them to an alternate unit (something that would not be an option with a single "by owner" condo). Had this guest contacted us during their stay, rather than waiting and posting a review 3 months later, we would have been able to take care of his needs and concerns. Management
