Close to beaches golf, churches, restaurants, parks and shopping.
This unique 675 square foot 2 level modern cottage has a separate private driveway and gated entrance. Quiet and private surroundings, Vaulted Ceilings and built in ceiling fan. Bamboo wood floors downstairs. The house has Direct TV with 2/ 37" LCD televisions. 30+ movie channels plus premium directv subscription and high definition in living room.
Double mirrored closets, Unique skylight in loft, Wood Deck surrounds cottage. DSL wireless internet (7 Mbps) and all other utilities included for a short term rentals.
