Beautifully decorated / upgraded 740 square foot condo with heated pool and jacuzzi and great view of the beach in building that's directly on St. Pete Beach. Steps away from miles of white sandy beaches and plenty of water activity rentals.
New 32 inch High Definition TV, DVD player, Free WiFi Access, Stereo with CD and tape player. New bar stools. Recently upgraded bedroom furniture including king size bed and box springs, dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed, balcony furniture (4 chairs and small table).
Our Non-Smoking condo is located on the 5th floor of a five-story building and includes magnificent views from the balcony of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway. All rooms except for the two baths have a Gulf view! Fully stocked kitchen, new refrigerator and dishwasher.
Extremely well maintained building built in 1990 situated on tropically landscaped grounds. Pool and hot tub area re-done in 2006, new gas BBQ grills in common area near pool.

When we stay in on the beach, we typically split our time between the pool and the beach on the sunny days and plan day trips to Tampa to visit Busch Gardens or Adventure Island. Occasionally, when it rains, we'll visit the Tyrone Mall in St Petersburg or the Factory Outlets in Ellenton.
Situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico with miles of white sandy beaches and a relaxing view of sky-blue water. Unwind on the beach, enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi, or play a game of shuffleboard.

My wife and I both grew up near the ocean and we love to get back to ocean every chance that we get. For the past 6 years we've been vacationing in Florida. We've particularly enjoyed our time on St. Pete Beach. It's a great location for adults and kids alike. Lots of shops, restaurants and things to do if you get tired of lazy days on the beach and easy to get around. My kids "live in the pool" when we're on vacation. Recently, we had an opportunity to buy this fantastic condo on the beach and we couldn't pass it up!

Thank you Paul for your attention to detail and quick responses. Everything we needed for a great time was included. We only had a few days to stay and were greatful not to have to go to the store for anything. The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch. We used the in room washer more than once. My favorite was sipping coffee on the balcony looking at the water. Everything was exactly as you say in your brochure.

We stayed in your condo last fall and are really looking forward to staying there again in Sept. We had a wonderful time - the condo and the location are great - right on the beach with a lovely private pool and seating area. We took long walks on the beach in the morning, spent sunny afternoons laying around the pool and watched beach sunsets from the balcony. The area was well maintained and everyone was really friendly and helpful. There were so many restaurants and stores within walking distance . The beach trolley was an added bonus as we were able to visit back and forth with our friends and go to various attractions all through the area. I recommend this condo for anyone looking for a bright modern condo on the nicest beach in Florida.

The 5th floor condo provided an excellent view of the white sand and blue/green ocean, very close proximity (five minute walk) to grocery/ drug store/general amenities/ and liquor store shopping. The condo was very clean and well presented with a new queen size sleeper sofa (very comfortable to sleep on), flat screen TV and bar stools. Beautiful patio with ocean and boulevard view. Thanks for a great vacation...see you next year.

Being located directly on the beach and being able to walk 3 to 5 minutes to almost anything that you need is what we were drawn to when we purchased the condo. We added the bar stools and hi-def tv in November 2010 and the new sofabed in January 2011. We're happy that they've added to our guest's overall vacation experience.

Very nice place. We spent very good vacation. Everything was ready when we arrived. Very clean and confy.Weather was great too. We enjoyed are meals on the balcony with nice view on the beach. We were swimming a lot in the gulf water (very calm) and sometimes in the pool. We did bicycle on Pinellas Trail and we liked it a lot. We start on bikes from condo passing by Gulf blvd and Passadena Ave. (on bike friendly sidewalk) to reach Pinellas Trail (about 6km). We did 100km. Trail overpasses are sometimes very challenging. It was fun.

Great place to stay. Right on the beach, within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. You have to try Snapper's, food was amazing!! 2nd bathroom was a plus. Enjoyed everything about the trip!! Oh and something not mentioned to us youngsters, the office at this resort says you have to be 25 to check-in. I'm 23 and they let us stay as long as we weren't partying.

Great place, really nice, pictures are very accurate. The beach was very close, it was really quiet, especially in the morning while people were exercising. Grocery store, beach, resturants, all within walking distance. Busch Gardens was about 40 minutes away but it was a good quick ride. Overall it was very nice, good location within the building as well, you can see the beach from the balcony very well, and the sun rises in the window every morning. We had a great time.

JUST CELEBRATED OUR 25th ANNIVERSARY AT GULFSTRAND ON ST. PETE BEACH. ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING; THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL WITH PLENTY OF LINENS AND TOWELS, THE VIEW WAS BREATHTAKING AS WE ENJOYED SPENDING A GREAT AMOUNT OF TIME RELAXING ON THE BALCONY AND WALKING ON THE BEACH WAS WONDERFUL. WOULD WE STAY AGAIN? ABSOLUTELY !!

The condo was very nice. It was very comfortable and had all of the amenities you would need. We were spoiled by all of the conveniences - plus being right on the beach and the gorgeous sunsets. Having two baths was an added bonus. Had vacationed at St. Pete Beach previously and now have a great place to return to!
