You'll be just steps away from miles of white sandy beaches and plenty of water activity rentals right outside your door. The property includes a heated pool and jacuzzi.
New in Oct 2008: bedroom furniture including king size bed and box springs, dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed, living room swivel chair with ottoman, balcony furniture (4 chairs and small table).
Our Non-Smoking condo is located on the top floor of a five-story building and includes magnificent views from the balcony of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway. In fact, all rooms except for the two baths have a Gulf view!
You'll feel right at home with a fully stocked kitchen, new refrigerator and dishwasher, free wi-fi wireless internet access, inch TV and DVD player, stereo with CD and tape player.
Well maintained building built in 1990 situated on tropically landscaped grounds. Building exterior painted in Oct/Nov 2008, pool and hot tub area re-done in 2006, newer gas BBQ grills in common area near pool.

Some of the restaurants we enjoyed are: Skidders Scrumpy's PJ's Oyster Bar Philthy Phil's Billy's on Tierra Verde (great place) BonAire-Bill's Sandbar (try the grilled hotdog with cheese) Player's Club (in the Best Western) Jimmy B's for entertainment We are moving here soon, so hopefully we won't have to rent again.

(Entered online by owner from hand-written guestbook in condo) We came down for 3 days and ended up staying 6!! We just couldn't leave!! The weather was beautifull, sunny and a warm 78 degrees. Our unit was immaculate and inviting!! We enjoyed the beach, shops, and nearby Busch Gardens!! The Pasedena Steakhouse in Pasadena was GREAT. We will definitely come back next year and bring friends.

Hope to be back again in the near future. One of our favorite restaurants was just down the street from here, it's called the Hurricane. Go early to get a seat on the rooftop. If not up to driving, across the street is Bennigan's which is great also. Regards, Guy and Judy
