This beautifully decorated condo was located in the best possible location for easy access to the beach and Coligny Plaza. My family of six had plenty of room to relax comfortably and not feel cramped in the least. We have 4 teenagers that like to have their own space which was very possible in this condo. Some furnishings in the living room had been updated since the pictures were taken which were very nice. The condo was very clean and was well stocked with all necessities. The location was great for biking and shopping. We also enjoyed grilling out and eating on the nice private patio. The Wi-Fi went out while we were there but the owner was very receptive to scheduling a repair which was extremely important to my husband since he is obtaining his Masters on-line and had assignments due while we were there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay that is very close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We can't wait to visit Hilton Head Island again and hope that the owner will permit us to rent their lovely condo for a second time in the near future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We are staying at this condo right now and we LOVE it. We are 2 families of 4, each w/ a boy and girl. It's a perfect set up. One couple in the master suite on 1st level, one couple in Queen room on 2nd floor, boys in twin room and girls in additional 4th twin room. Condo looks EXACTLY like the pictures and it has all the ammenities we could want including a crock pot (although we haven't used it). Perfect location to the pool and only a short block and a 1/2 walk to the beach. The coligny circle / plaza is full of fun shops as well and also a short walk. The shed with pool toys and beach cart / toys is also great. We have been very happy that we chose this condo and would recommend it. We would also come back in the future if we were to return to HHI :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Wonderful accomodations, 5 minute walk to Coligny Circle and to the beach. Lots of activities for children and adults to do.Bike rentals were within walking distance. Condo was very comfortable, neat,and clean,Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Had a wonderful time. Condo beautifully decorated. The large 1st floor Master shower made you feel like you were at a spa. The good sized outdoor patio with a grill and fire pit was a nice surprise. Condo was close to the beach and a short walk/bike ride from the Frosty Frog Cafe or Java Joes. Would recommend to any of our friends and family. We love this condo and its location. It's secluded but also convenient to everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The kids like venturing up to Coligny Circle for ice cream or a smoothie, and to shop all the stores and huts. We've vacationed here over the last four summers and will keep coming back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This year we chose Hilton Head as the location for our annual family vacation and not knowing the area as it was everyone's first time there we lucked out in our choice of condos. The condo was spacious, clean and located in an area where there was a lot of action. There is easy access to the beach which we went to every morning and then we used the pool every afternoon. There was never anyone else in the community pool except our family which made it nice for us. Certainly recommend this condo to prospective renters.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Everything you need is at your disposal. The condo is gorgeous, roomy and the privacy is a plus. The beach is right across the street and various shopping and dining within walking distances. You can find yourself daydreaming about this place from time to time. My Fiancé, Mother, brother and I enjoyed a week at this beautiful condo on Hilton Head Island. The condo was breathtaking and felt just like home. Located in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping (my favorite) we never ran out of things to do! We especially enjoyed biking together around the island. The condo had everything we could have ever needed…a fully furnished kitchen for my bother’s famous pasta dish, all the essential beach equipment for my Mom who loves building sand castles and a private balcony for a romantic dinner. The beach was never crowded and the atmosphere was laid back and very relaxing. We can’t wait to book our next vacation!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife, 4 kids, and I love it here. We have stayed here twice and will be back again. There are 3 kids’ rooms with a total of 5 beds, so plenty of room for everyone. There are also 3 full baths. The kitchen is completely updated with new cabinets, appliances, and granite counter tops. A large kitchen table holds all of us, plus there's room at the kitchen counter. There's a large, shaded patio out back where the kids like to eat their lunch. There's also a grill, so we grill out a couple of times during the week. It's a corner unit right next to the pool, which is very convenient. The pool has a small gazebo where we also relax and occasionally have lunch. There is rarely anyone there besides us. I think most of the dozen or so units in this complex have year-round owners living there, so it’s usually really peaceful. There’s a walkway beside the pool that leads to the sidewalk. From here, it’s only a short walk to the beach. There’s a brand new public pavilion and beach access right up the road with showers, drinking fountains, restrooms, etc. The condo has Wi-Fi, so we take our laptop to keep up on work and emails. It also has numerous TV’s and cable. It’s in a great location. It’s right off Coligny Circle, so you can walk to shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

If you have never been to Hilton Head you must go! It is a beautiful place with lots to do. We have stayed at this condo for three years in a row. The updates were very nicely done! It is a very quiet place, very clean, the pool is right outside your door and the short walk to the plaza for shopping & eating is great. Also, the walking/bike path is right there to jump on. The beach is across the street but easy to get to. It has everything you would need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Hats off to owner on this beautiful condo!
