This immaculate gulf-front condo is now available for reservations. The coastal inspired beach decor brings a coastal casual sophistication to this condominium. Included with the unit is the FREE USE OF ONE BEACH UMBRELLA AND TWO BEACH CHAIRS provided by the beach service at Calypso. This is the one and only place to stay for your beach vacation.
Our one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath unit offers a spacious, 25-foot balcony with access from the gulf-front bedroom and gulf-front living room. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed and 40' wide screen TV. The master bathroom features a garden tub, separate shower, double sinks, commode closet, and walk-in closet. The living room contains a queen-size sleeper sofa, two chairs, and 50' wide screen TV. The master bedroom and living room have Hunter Douglas window blinds.
There are many amenities nearby within walking distance including City Pier, Pier Park, and numerous restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

We offer a 5% discounted rate to our returning guests who book with us again after their first stay.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in time will begin after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. Late check-outs may be arranged only on the date of departure and are strictly based on availability. Late check-outs will incur additional charges.
Advanced Deposits
We require a $250 Refundable Damage Deposit/Reservation Hold by check once your reservation is made. This is returned to you within 4 - 10 days of your departure date provided nothing is missing or damaged. Your Deposit is due at the time you fill out your Rental Form in order to hold your desired time frame. The Deposit will not be refunded if your reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of your arrival date. There is a $40 cancellation fee if your reservation is cancelled from 30 days out up until the 72 hour notice with the rest of the Deposit being returned. The rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept checks or credit card.
Hurricane Policy
Refunds will not be processed unless the National Weather Service/NOAA has issued a Hurricane Warning for the immediate area in which the property is located. We will process refunds for reservation dates that correspond to the dates of the NOAA issued hurricane warning.

This condo was perfect! It was exceptionally decorated and I cannot stress how CLEAN it was!! It was super comfortable and had about every amenity you could think of. The location to Pier Park was great as we were able to walk to the restaurants, bars and shops, and didn't have to drive much. Having the beach chairs was nice too. We have been vacationing in PCB for 28 years and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed! I wish my kitchen was stocked like this one! It is so nice not to have to purchase paper goods or cleaning supplies either. You can park your car for the entire week and are within walking distance to everything. Believe me, this is the upper end of PC and doesn't cost a fortune! Vivian takes pride in making sure everything is spotless and she has very nice furnishings and linens and she is super to work with. We are planning a week this June and can't wait!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

My husband and I stayed here for a fabulous week. 14 May-21 May 2011. Just perfect for the two of us. All the amenities are right here. We did not have to purchase even a trash bag, all the kitchen necessities are provided. The place is spotless the furniture very comfy. Would I stay here again? You bet in a heart beat. If this unit is available when planning our next vacation, we will definitely do so. Vivian, the owner was very gracious and easy to work with.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

This was the nicest condo I've ever stayed in! The furniture and accessories are very nice and of high quality, and the kitchen is fully stocked with every item imaginable. Most properties give you the bare minimum of stuff, but this place has everything! There is a stacked full-size washer and dryer so you can pack less and just do a little laundry during the week. My kids really loved the oversized bath tub, too. The unit is conveniently located just outside the elevator, so you don't have to walk as far, but there are no windows to the walkways, so you don't have much noise, either -- the best of both worlds! This condo was also super clean and everything was in working order. There was never a question that I was staying in a top-notch place. I hope everyone else that stays here has a great an experience as we did!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We just loved this unit! Convenient to the elevator and with great views! The teak furniture on the balcony is really nice (not cheap Walmart stuff)... perfect to watch the sunset with a drink in hand. Furnishings are also very nice -- it looks like a professional decorated the place. Comfy bed, and the sofabed is, too! We can't wait to come back again in the fall.
