This 550 sq. ft. studio is only one story above the boardwalk with a large balcony overlooking the marina. The view is beautiful day and night. Relax after a day of fishing in the best Marlin fishing waters of the world or a day at the beach. Watch the marina wake up while you have your morning coffee. Walk everywhere - 7 minutes to Medano beach, 2 minutes to Puerto Paraiso mall, 5 minutes to downtown.

Easy access wallbed leaves plenty of room for the wrap-around leather sofa with Lazyboy. Extra linen available, allowing the sofa to be used as a single bed for one older or two younger children. We went to Cabo San Lucas for a week in December 2008 and couldn't leave without purchasing this condo. We now visit several times a year. We want you to love your stay in Cabo San Lucas as much as we did. The picture is of my husband with his catch on his first fishing trip in Cabo.

This is a perfect rental in a wonderful location. Clean, comfortable and affordable with a good size balcony directly overlooking the marina. Everything we needed was right there, a bonus was the internet access (which we were use to paying $7+/day at most resorts). We really enjoyed being within walking distance of many area highlights including swimming with the dolphins, relaxing on lover’s beach (short water taxi ride from the marina) and shopping at the local downtown merchants for souvenirs, ice cream, basic groceries, beer etc.. also the marina’s major shopping center the Puerto Paraiso Mall with merchants like Fendi, Cartier, Gucci, Rolex, etc. We felt safe walking on the marina early morning and late evening.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

I stayed in this condo in 2009 and in 2010 during October. It was clean and well kept and maintained. The staff was really nice and helpful. This unit is overlooking the Cabo marina. What a beautiful spot. It’s close to everything so I could walk everywhere. The view is great One night, sitting on the patio, I saw the most beautiful red sunset - there were large white yachts in the foreground of the blue calm water of the marina – the happy Mexican music was blaring in the distance - it was awsome. I truly enjoyed my stay.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.
