Nice, 2 level home in the newer development of Dory Pointe. Just a short walk to the beach at Cape Kiwanda, the Pelican Brew Pub, and the market.
All of the bedrooms are upstairs, along with the washer/dryer and 2 full bathrooms.
The mainlevel is the living area, kitchen, and half bath. There is also a gas fireplace and tv with DVD player.
The kids room has a tv with a dvd player. The master bedroom also has a tv with dvd/vcr player.
There is a king bed in the master, 2 rooms have queen beds, and the kids room has 2 sets of twin/twin bunks.

About the owner: I have lived in Pacific City all of my life, and am the 3rd generation in my family to live here. Because I live in Pacific City, I am able to personally check my guests into our home.
Why the Owner Chose Pacific City:
We bought this home to live in and then eventually we built our one home here in Pacific City and turned this one into a nightly vacation rental.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
One thing that caught our attention to this house was the beautiful, private backyard setting. We put in a large concrete firepit and added many flowers and shrubs to the yard.
