This recently renovated property contains about 5000 square feet of living area, as well as 1200 square feet of elevated covered porch, with an incredible view of the Pensacola sound, and all of its wildlife. It has 5 bedrooms (3 king, 1 queen, 1 twin - 3 have water view), 4 bathrooms & 3 double futons, & will sleep up to 14 - ten adults in five bedrooms, and four children on three futons. The three futons are all located in the same room - the downstairs den. One futon is in private area. Two new tankless instant hot water heaters provide virtually limitless hot water for large groups. It is located on Pensacola Beach, in the first residential block of Santa Rosa Island, within walking distance of shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and bars. The beautiful landscaped lot has 85 feet of frontage on the sound, with a 1200 square foot ground level deck, a 150 foot pier and boat house for private fishing. You can rent or bring you own watercraft. Swim in the sound or private pool, or walk a few yards to the beach. Private pool is beautiful. Tour beautiful Pensacola Beach on bikes provided by the owner.
The property is equipped with Direct TV service to large flat screen TV's in almost every room, and 2 stereo systems with a Wii, IPOD deck, CD players and Blue Ray DVD with hundreds of free NetFlix movies. There are speakers in 6 interior rooms and 2 outside areas. A game room includes ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, pinball & dart board. (Dart board for adults only.) High speed wireless internet is provided. The large utility room contains new washer & dryer. Linens are provided. Covered parking is available.
The house exhibits designer decor and high end amenities. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a 6 burner induction stove, large microwave, dish washer and wine cooler. The den and master bedroom have gas fireplaces. The huge master bath contains a steam shower that opens to a jacuzzi tub. There is an outdoor hot tub on the second floor deck.
A second kitchen and den are located on the lower level, along with a screen porch with outdoor dining that opens onto the deck on the sound. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water on the deck. This property has something for everyone.
Special approval is required for group functions. The property is managed by a local management company, which will show the property upon request. Because of the quality of this property, we rent only to responsible adults.
This property will comfortably accommodate ten adults in five bedrooms, all but one of which have private baths. Three double (full) futons will comfortably accommodate three large (i.e., teen age) children, or four small children, but note that all of these children will be in one room (large downstairs den). The optimum arrangements are either: (1) four adult couples in four bedrooms with private baths; two older children in the twin bedroom without a private bath; and three to four children on futons in the downstairs bedroom; or, (2) five couples in five bedrooms, and three or four children on the futons in the downstairs den. We will accept reservations for groups that include no more than ten adults.

We just got back from our vacation in Pensacola. The house was absolutely beautiful. The kids LOVED the pool and my parents loved sitting on the beautiful porch overlooking the sound. It's a perfect location and the interior of the house was absolutely beautiful. Paradise Homes (management company) was great to deal with and the owner was happy to answer any questions that we had prior to our visit. I would highly recommend this house to anyone thinking of going to Pensacola with another family. My family went with my parents and it was great. Hopefully we'll be back to visit very soon!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This home was not only beautiful but comfortable and spacious for our large family. It was well supplied with everything we needed plus more! The accommodations were beyond our expectations. The wharf was enjoyed by young and old for fishing and as an access to the rented jet skiis. Whether relaxing on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Sound, swimming in the private pool or enjoying the game room, this home will definitely fulfill your desires. Going to the beach was a very short walk across the road. Restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. are all within walking distance. And by the way, the property management staff was extremely courteous and helpful. You won't be disappointed in your stay.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The listing description regarding location was accurate, except it would help to explain that you will need to make a u-turn to reach the driveway. The listing photos were excellent, but the home is much more beautiful than the pictures could actually depict. The property has been beautifully maintained. The owner was kind and courteous in our few contacts, and he sounded like someone with whom we could be friends! I heartily recommend this property! The home provides all the activities and attractions we wanted, and the fabulous kitchen(s) and decks made dining in a party. We have a blended family that is divided by miles, a son recently home from the Navy, grandchildren we love to spoil, and an 87 year-old mother who is definitely a beach babe! We wanted a place where we could all be together without too much togetherness! We wanted to be on the water and we wanted a swimming pool. While browsing the net I came upon this property. The pictures on the site were spectacular and the description of the property met all my expectations...I stopped looking. This was the perfect house. We spent one week together in bliss (wish it could have been two!). We enjoyed every aspect of the house..the spectacular open kitchen and great room with the window wall overlooking the sound, the covered boat dock that provided hours of entertainment for all the fishermen/children, as did the swimming pool. The outdoor shower, beautifully landscaped grounds, playroom, deck space (particularly great on a rainy day), the luxurious bedrooms, close proximity to the gulf side...I could go on and on, but I'm about to run out of space. We own and operate a luxury bed and breakfast, so we know about the efforts at keeping a home "guest" ready at all times. This property is just perfect. Lastly, I want to comment on the great property management staff. From our arrival through our departure, they were friendly, helpful and professional. We send our sincere thanks to the owner for sharing this incredible home with others.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just stayed at this home and it was stunning. From driving up the drive and walking in the front door you knew you were in first class. The master suite is one side of the house. You could just live in there.....but you wouldn't want too because the family room is beautiful. From the hand painted ceiling and wall to the open view of the sound words just can't say how incredible it is. We were pleasantly surprised about the amount of room. We rented this home not only for it's beauty but also to be able to host our son's wedding rehearsal. We had our whole side of the family staying at the home. We were able to sleep 14-16 people. All I can say is thank you David. He is the owner. He was so pleasant to deal with during the whole occasion. He made sure we had everything we needed. Also I want to thank Joe with VRBO. You gave such good recommendations for all our needs. Your staff is so professional. Thank you!! Back to the house. The terrace level was laid out well for entertaining and sleeping. The three sofas that laid back into beds were great and came in handy for the groomsman and kids. The pool is GREAT!! The deck and palms and landscaping.....I could just go on. The Deck.......The deck.... incredible. Enough seating for everyone at the rehearsal dinner. Also I can not forget the game room. Yes.... a game room with Ping Pong, Shuffleboard and Darts. There is also bikes. If you are wondering how close the beach is it is a short walk across the street. There are restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Try Native Cafe next door or walk down to Hemmingway's for great food. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. We would like to make it a tradition with our family. Thank you again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
