  I was pleasantly surprised at how sweet this little house was! Steve and Sue are wonderful owners and truly went out of their way to make everything as nice as possible. Best deal around!

  I stay at the beach house for a little over 2 months. Had a great time. I could lay in bed at night and here the wave breaking on the beach. That's a great way to fall asleep. Steve and Sue were great. Anything I needed they took care of. Steve stop 1 night an took me for a ride down on the beach in his Jeep. That was fun. I'm planning on coming back next year. The home was clean an had everything I needed. Thanks again Steve & Sue.

  This is a wonderful condo. We had two adults and 4 kids stay here. It was very clean and cute. Short walk to oceano beach. The owners are very friendly and own a condo right behind this one. The park across the street was perfect for us. The price is awesome. We will be coming back next year.

  Our stay in this comfy and cut little house in June of 2011 was very enjoyable. The host Susan welcomed us with some homemade goodies, and a little note. She came by later to personally welcome us and check to see if we needed anything. All the amenities were great, the place was clean and the area fairly quiet. We would definitely recommend it.

  Our family spent 3 nights in this charming little place, close to the beach and all the area has to offer. Steve and Sue were great hosts, and greeted us upon arrival. They responsed to the few requests we had in our stay, and the place was perfect. The weather was rainy, so we ended up spending more time in the unit, which was perfect. We played games, made lots of meals and watched plenty of TV. We highly recommend this unit, especially for those with little ones. There is a nice little park across the street and plenty of other friendly kids in the neighborhood. It was a great time.

  We stayed her right after Christmas, with 5 adults. For the price, it was perfect. Cute neighborhood, right near the 'drive-on' beach in Oceano, about 3 miles south of downtown Pismo. Everything was clean and well kept. My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom was only a double, a queen would have been a bit more comfortable to sleep in! We went to Hearst Castle, Pismo and San Luis Obispo from here. Ate at Splash in Pismo and Del's in Shell Beach. I love the central coast, and would happily stay here again. Thanks Sue and Steve!

  Excellent location, beautiful property, quality owners We had a wonderful stay on the central coast. This property is centrally located to many recreational activities. We especially enjoyed the area's beaches. The property is beautifully decorated and very homey. The owners are very helpful, providing information about the local area, including the wonderful farmers' markets. And their dog is a darling! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the central coast!

  My family and I had an excellent stay in this spacious, clean and affordable house. The park across the street was wonderful for our 2 year old girl who loved swinging on the swings and quacking at the ducks. Our stay was great and relaxing. Very homey vacation.

  My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cozy, very cute beach house. Steve made us feel welcome by greeting us with fresh flowers and yummy strawberries from their local market. We loved walking to the beach and the kids enjoyed having the park right across our place. We'll definately be back again. Thank you for everything

  My husband and I just got back from a restful and relaxing beach vacation with our 4 kids. We love the park across the street. We would load up our boogie boards and walk down to the beach for some fun in the waves. It was great to come back and hose everything off in the backyard and then shower off and relax with the cool ocean breeze coming in through the windows. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. The kids loved feeding the ducks across the way at the lagoon. There are so many different beaches to check out that are just a quick drive away. Our family loves to explore and there was plenty of that available for us to do. We look forward to going again next summer!
