This is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit with over 1200 square feet of living area. There is a King Size bed in the first bedroom and two (2) queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms overlook the Lagoon (adjacent) and Oyster Bay in the distance. Each bedroom has a television and DVD player, sliding mirrored glass closet doors, large private bathroom (tiled with granite counters and private toilet), and wireless internet.
There are closets and full size stack washer and dryer located in the wide hallway that leads from the front door past the bedrooms and into the living/dining/kitchen area. The first thing you will notice as you journey the hallway, is the breath-taking view of the Gulf of Mexico – you see, the 9 foot tall glass windows and doors, stretching from floor to ceiling, span the entire width of the unit allowing for spectacular vistas of the Gulf.
Emerging from the hallway, you enter a large open area comprised of the kitchen with long breakfast bar with 4 place settings, the 6 place dining set, and the large living room with sleeper couch, love seat and recliner. On rainy days enjoy the Nintendo Wii, DVD library or our novel selections.Tastefully decorated, fully furnished and equipped (complete with linens).
From here, you enter the balcony through the tall sliding glass door, and take in the majesty of your 17th floor view as you pan from the Callaway Pass to the West, along the Gulf of Mexico beach Eastward to the restaurants and shopping in the not-to-far distance. Listen to the surf along the shoreline, and take a quiet reflective moment to relax as you realize that you have arrived, at last, to this beautiful and well deserved retreat.

Why the Owner Chose Sanibel
Sanibel is a beautiful complex with a unique feature not shared by many other buildings up and down the beach – spacious units. The two bedrooms in Sanibel are larger than the 3 bedrooms in many other buildings. Combine that with the ideal location on West Beach as to have near access to shopping and restaurants, without the congestion and traffic. Added to this is the access to both the Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico thereby giving us a much expanded list of choices for recreation and water sport

We moved to the beach area over 30 years ago. At that time, we saw families coming to the beach for all sorts of reasons and occasions – vacation, solitude, romance, to experience the beautiful nature found here….and now, 30 years later, it is mostly their children and grandchildren that we see coming to the area, as well as new visitors, but all for the same reasons. This is a family managed unit, we manage it with the help of our children, because you see…we like to stay here too, for many of the same reasons. We hope you find your stay as fulfilling and satisfying as we do.

We are a family of 6. This condo was BEAUTIFUL. It was so clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The kids loved it! The pictures are very accurate. Views are phenomenol-balcony is of of the beach/ocean and the bedrooms are of the lagoon. It was so peaceful staying on the 17th floor. No outside noises, unless you opened the balcony doors to hear the ocean. The beach access is right across the street. Two minute walk to the beach. While here, our van broke down, but Randy (part owner/maintenance man) saved our vacation. He helped us get to where we needed and made sure that we were able to get the necessary repairs. VERY HELPFUL, especially since we were far from home. Randy helped us as if he was one of our friends that we had known for years. We will never have to spend anytime looking on VRBO for a condo in Gulf Shore because this Condo is marked as our favorite and we will DEFINITELY be back next year!! Thanks to Randy and Dialyn!!!

My husband and I stayed in this condo with our 3 children. We had a great time. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to returning next summer or spring. ;)

My girl friends and I spent memorial weekend at this amazing Condo! It is super spacious and right across the street from the beach! Enough room for 8 people! We loved this place and cant wait to go back!
