Magic Memories is a beautiful home in the Indian Creek subdivision in Kissimmee, Florida. The Indian Creek neighborhood is three and a half miles from Disney’s main gate, and one mile from the many restaurants and shops of Highway 192. It is 25 minutes to the Orlando airport, 15 minutes to Sea World and 20 minutes to Universal Studios. It is conveniently located near the area’s many golf courses.
For your enjoyment there is a 52" big screen TV with digital cable and high speed wireless internet access. Bring your laptop computer and enjoy all the comforts of home. You'll also enjoy the game room with its foosball and pool table.
Our four bedroom, three bathroom home has 1755 square foot of living area and a two - car garage. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated in themes. There are two master suites. The main master has a king-size bed and opens to the pool area. Its full bath boasts a garden tub and separate shower. The other master has a queen-size bed and its own full bath. Bedrooms three and four each contain two twin beds. They share the third bathroom. Thus Magic Memories accommodates up to 8 guests and an infant. There is also a Play and Pack type crib, a stroller, and a highchair. The three TVs, three DVD players, fourth TV with an X Box, collection of DVDs, and games, are also included for your enjoyment.
The screened lanai contains a 13 foot X 26 foot gas heated swimming pool and spa and has patio furniture. The lot backs up to a wall and has a privacy fence.
Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a security system, cable TV, a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. There are also two hair dryers, linens and towels, alarm clocks, and three telephones. Our fully furnished home has everything you need for your Florida dream vacation.
