  This property was our home away from home. Great location that was quiet and peaceful. The house was right on the lake and had a great view.

  Walked in and bam, it was remarkable. The only thing i hated was it rained the whole time we where there. Trying to cook and enjoy the view was a challenge. The pictures you see here is what you get. BUT looks better LIVE. With the rain, we were still able to enjoy the Hot tub, but it was a tad to foamy. With us being stuck in most of the time, the TV in the living room could be upgraded. That is my reasoning for giving the property a 4 out of 5. With some plus notes. The hot springs park is only 10 minutes away. And there is alot of other stuff you can do when the weather is in your favor. All this is just a few miles down the road. Me and my family plan on visiting this property again, this summer. All in All this property is the BESTI have stayed at on VRBO this far. The owners make them selves available for any questions you might have. Also plan to leave something to help the next vistors out. Could be bbq sauce to some sort of seasoning. It seems alot of others have done that, and it compiles you to want to do the same. Never know what somebody might forget.

  The minute you walk in the door you see beautiful lake views, new furniture and appliances. This home is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped for any cooking you may want to do. Even the outdoor furniture is nice. There is a large deck off the kitchen and a huge deck , maybe 30' x 35' on the lower level. LOTS of nice outdoor space. The bed in the master was very comfortable and the bed linens , pillows and towels were good quality. We usually stay in a B and B near down town when we travel to Hot Springs but this was a wonderful change. It only is about 8 miles to Bath House Row or Oaklawn. The only problem was the hot tub cover was broken on one side so it gets waterlogged and becomes extremely heavy and awkward to lift off. We told Jean about it when we checked out and he said a new one was on order. This would be a wonderful house for a small family reunion. I would love to come back in the summer so I could jump off the swim dock. There is no solid roofs over the decks, so if it rains you have to stay indoors but the view will always be beautiful. Very prompt return of our damage deposit too.

  My friends and I have been traveling to Hot Springs for several years now, and we've finally found a house that we loved so much, we're returning for a second time. It really is wonderful and perfect! The boat slip makes for easy access and with several boat renters in town renting for full weekends, we can tie it up and go out on the water whenever we choose! Hope the owners finish out the downstairs area so we can invite more friends to enjoy this little slice of heaven with us!!

  The house is beautiful and so serene. We spent nearly the whole weekend out on the decks enjoying the views and relaxation. Both the owners and property managers were very accomodating and easy to work with. I really appreciate them letting us change our original dates due to Hurricane Isaac! Lovely home and we will be back.

  We used this property for a girl weekend. There were 3 of us in our group and we all enjoyed the house very much. It is very liveable and comfortable. It is also very well decorated and charming. We spent so much time in Hot Springs as "tourists" that we didn't get to spend as much time as I would have liked at the house. We didn't even prepare a meal there. We got a kick out of the acorns that kept falling on the house - they were huge and numerous! Squirrels should be very happy this year. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a private stay in Hot Springs. It is far enough from town to feel a bit "country" but only minutes from where everything is going on.

  My 4 high school friends and I enjoyed 5 nights in this lovely home. It was perfect for us to relax on the deck, enjoy the hot tub, and swim/float in the lake. The house is nicer than the pictures, and was very well appointed with quality furnishings. The owners were easy to work with, and responsive to questions. We'd stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

  We needed a time to unwind from the stresses of our daily lives, and this lakefront home exceeded all that we were looking for. It was so beautiful and the decks and hot tub were so relaxing. We noticed the clean smell of the house when we entered the front door. The beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home right on the water.   Wonderful stay at the Lakehouse. Quiet, peaceful, home away from home on Lake Hamilton. Pictures on website very accurate but really do not display the beauty of the home. Owners very easy to work with and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this home to others and hopefully will get to return here next year!!

  We enjoyed the trip and the house. Great view of the lake. Comfortable beds with very nice linens. I didn't realize that 2 of the bedrooms were upstairs, but they were nice. Cute little "bonus" room for kids to sleep in - but glad there were no kids on our trip. We took advantage of the swim dock and spent a whole day just swimming and floating near the dock. Just wish we could have stayed longer!
