My family(Mom/Dad. Boys(5 and 6) stayed here in mid-august/2012. The property was wonderful. It was a short walk to a terrific beach. The property was spotless and well decorated. Also, they have a TON of beach equipment(chairs, shovels, boogie board) for your use and there is an outside area to wash off the sand. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating. It's a great value and a wonderful property. The boardwalk is a 10 minute drive/or trolley ride which was ideal for us. Close but not too close.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My family and I spent the week of Aug. 6-13 in this wonderful unit and couldn't have been more pleased. It was clean, cozy, nicely decorated and had everything we could possibly need - including bed linens and bath towels! Blocks from the beach and quiet with plenty of off-street parking, you can't go wrong with this unit, especially with small children like ours. They provide all the beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. They weren't kidding when they said just bring your flip-flops. Do not hesitate to rent this unit. Enjoy!Recommended for: Families with young children.
