Rented this house along with the adjoining Sanddollar for a weekend with a large group. While most of the social activities centered in the other house, this house had a nice living area as well. The bedrooms were clean and neat and though the house is a bit older, it has tons of personality and everything that the 6 people who stayed there could need. It is easily separated enough from the other house that it would not be a problem to rent it separately... when it got noisy in one house, the other was a great quiet retreat... However, for large groups having both houses is really nice, as you can separate a quiet area for kids while the grownups stay up late. The shared hot tub is a great perk and is located on an upper deck. It is a short walk to a good Mexican restaurant and a couple of mini-marts, but for everything else you will need a car. It is right next to the beach, so walking there is obviously not a problem. Everybody in my party loved both houses.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
