  I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay at this condo! I do not have one complaint about Elizabeth or this condo. Elizabeth is very prompt at replying to your emails and calls, and she is very easy to work with! There are no hidden fees or extra charges with Elizabeth, which is something that stood out to me when deciding where to stay for my trip! The condo is absolutely beautiful, and it is very spacious! There are no surprises because the condo looks just like it does in the pictures, but even better in person! I will definitely be booking with Elizabeth when I decide to come back to Miami. You won't be disappointed with this choice!

  Location was perfect, apartment was adorable. Girls getaway weekend was even more relaxing as we loved staying away from all the SOBE congestion, but was close enough to walk to Lincoln, Collins and Ocean drive all within a couple of blocks. Elizabeth was very helpful and responsive to all emails...she also made some excellent restaurant recommendation as well. Place was quiet and parking in front was a huge perk! Every year we typically stay in a hotel near the beach, but couldnt be happier with the change..it allowed two great friends to catch up and not feel as if we had to run out of small hotel rooms every day. Definitely a go back!

  What you see, Is what you get! The pictures describe the condo to a tee, the neighborhood is very quiet and well kept, we seen police appearance often just patrolling so we felt safe after a long night of fun. The neighbors were very friendly, if you are a pet owner this is the perfect place for you, everyone seem to have some type of dog. We did have a small minor issue the A/C did go out but it was taking care of the same day with no problem, we were given the handy man name and number to contact him anytime something needed to be fix as well. The condo was fully furnish from the bed room with extra pillows to the kitchen with pots pans and utensils, as well as the soft bed with extra bedding. The beach Ocean drive and Washington all are walking distance to the sports bar/clubs and continence stores. We came a grocery store that was also walking distance as well cab ride ($5) be aware that the cab drivers are pushy when it comes to their tips, they will add surcharge and bag charges just to get extra two or three dollars out of you. For the most part where we took the cab from we spent no more than seven dollars. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if you don’t want to be around the crazy crowds with the hotel on Ocean Ave and prefer piece and quiet. My ladies and I had an amazing time and the booking process was very easy. We plan to book another trip in December and will use this condo again.

  My friends and 3 friends stayed here for 3 days. The condo was clean, bright and spacious. The first time we opened the door we all instantly fell in love. We all thought the price was beyond reasonable for the space. Even more important the location was perfect. Its close to whole foods, starbucks and lots of residential areas but at the same time only 5-10 minute walk from south beach, bars and shopping. If you have to go further, cab rides were all less than $10. We loved the condo and would stay again. I would highly recommend this condo to friends!

  The place looks just like the pictures. It's all Ikea furniture and appliances which was fine except the bed. The mattress was too soft and there was no box spring just slats. It was totally uncomfortable. The sofa did not work so we had to uncomfortable nights. The third night they switched us to unit 4 which had a firm mattress. Both apartment were spacious and clean. It was perfect for my husband, myself, a newborn and our dog. It was a close walk to flamingo park. There was a parking pass included that covered a lot of the nearby area. If the bed wasn't so bad I would say that I would be back.

  Owner response: Reviews like this just cut into me. As soon as I found out you all were special needs guests I moved you to another condo with a much firmer bed. I care so much about our guests and I think that is clear from the reviews here. When a vacation home owner goes out of the way to correct every problem and then gets a bad review thrown in their face -- it really hurts. I like a softer bed and love staying in this condo. So do many other of our guests. I am so sorry that it was awful for you. When you told me the bed was bad for you because of your special needs -- I moved you. I am sorry that was not enough.

  These condos apartments are well kept, in a quiet area, close to the beach and dining on Alton Road, wholefoods close by. I've found my new accommodations in South Beach. Elizabeth is a wonderful person to deal with, very friendly and responds very quickly.I've already booked my labor day trip and looking to another get away in July. I recommend this property 100%.

  I stayed through the 2012 New Years holiday weekend. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, centrally located and quiet. A peaceful retreat just a few blocks away from the beach and the action of South Beach. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel suite.

  My sister decided to marry in Miami and we had to find a place that could accommodate my wife, mother, brother and I. I decided to look for a condo and ran into this precious gem. The transaction smooth, the owners are on top of their business, the room was clean, spacious and everything I wished to get while I was in Miami. If you are looking for an experience that meets your standard of Miami living this is definitely the place.

  This place was perfect for us. We have making the treek to South Beach together for about five-years now. Usually twice a year, September and again in Abril. This time, we decided to switch things around, and stay in a condo and away from the trash that is Washington, Collins and Ocean. We know the island pretty well, so upon learning that this condo was in a residential area, we we're extremely happy. Being that we had not really explored Alton Road, or the bay. This condo allowed for this. We had no issues with noise, partying and you have the ability to live as though you are home, while on vacation. As others have mentioned, everything you need - is provided for you. We cooked, and lounged and we're able to wash, and dry our beach gear. IHuge advantage. And when we wanted the excitement we walked over to a pretty decent, no-nonsense watering hole Dewey's. Being that we have been-there-done that, we stayed away from those BS scams on Washington, Collins and Ocean. During one of my many early morning walks, I found West Street, the Whole Foods and Publix. We walked to dinner at Olivers, went for beverages at Whole Foods, and were able to watch the sunset, over looking the bay. After-which, we walked back to our condo hand-in hand. Very romantic. We rented bikes literally one-block in either direction of the condo and rode to the ocean within five mins. Taking a two-hour bike ride and then relaxing on the beach for the remander of the afternoon. The Condo is a short walk away from Espinola Way, and for us, a short bus ride over to Lincoln Road. Elizabeth was always available. It took her mins to address a lighting issue we noticed in the hallway. When we mentioned our flight info, she was easily accommodating. My only gripe about the entire experience was the allay entrance, the surrounding neighbors, and their cats. Which we figured upon realizing the security locks, we understood. The neighbors, we're not something directly related to condo, more-so than the neighbors being the neighbors. I will rent here again. This experience was beautiful.

  The apartment is perfect, exactly as seen in photos. Beautifully clean with plenty of helpful things suxh as cooking utensils, plates, glasses, iron, extra sheets etc.. Very friendly and professional management via phone and email. Excellent location! Quiet yet central. Pleasant neighbours in building..Secure. Will definately use this source every time I visit Miami.

  Myself and 3 of my friends stayed in this beautiful condo to celebrate my 30th birthday the weekend of July 21-24. The place was exactly as the title states, FABULOUS!!! Very clean, plenty of space for the four of us, updated/trendy appliances and furniture, all you need and more for a wonderful visit to South Beach. Also, we were walking distance to all the fun of South Beach, for way cheaper than any of the hotels in the area. I definitely plan to stay here again during my next visit to South Beach. As equally as great as the condo, was the customer service and promptness provided by Elizabeth, she was an angel to work with. You can't go wrong when booking this condo!!!!

  Stop looking- you have found your vacation rental!! I booked this great rental after looking at a million other rentals on VRBO and other sites. And I'm so glad I did! My husband, myself and our 2 small dogs stayed for 3 nights over the 4th of July weekend. Here are some of my favorite aspects: - LOCATION: The best! No, it's not on the beach, and it doesn't have a view of the water. BUT you're 2 blocks away from this great park with tons of activities for kids, a dog park, or even just a great place to take a walk. You can walk to Publix (the local grocery store) or Whole Foods within minutes. And, if you're into the club scene, just walk a few blocks (maybe 3/4 to 1 mile at most) and you're in the middle of it - right on Collins or one block further to get to Ocean Drive. - THE CONDO: Exactly as pictured - chic with great amenities. Great layout, the entire place felt spacious. The bed was so comfortable. And the best part about a vacation rental (in case you've never rented before) is that you have a kitchen!!! Miami is NOT a cheap city, so save some money and cook your breakfast and make a coffee at home instead to save a few bucks! Plus, you'll have a large fridge to store your beverages. Also- it's the best to have a washer and dryer. When you get back from the beach, you can throw your towels and suit in... it makes such a difference. - PET FRIENDLY: Visit the dog park as mentioned above! There are other dogs that live in this building which is nice. There is a great front yard and lawn a few steps from your front door. Plus, the floors are limestone throughout in case your puppy has a nervous accident being a new place! - PARKING: Be warned, parking is a total nightmare in South Beach. This rental has a dedicated parking spot in the back of the building!! I'm SO glad we had that because street parking seemed like an absolute mess. A few of the favorite things we did: Take a taxi to the Russian & Turkish Baths ($15 taxi ride). Check it out on yelp.com - so cool! Get a rental bike and cruise up and down Collins or Ocean Drive. You can rent & return these almost anywhere and they are cheap. Stop at the Essex House for drinks - they have a happy hour from 5pm-9pm every night - 1/2 off ALL drinks. And of course, don't miss the beach!!

  We arrived on June 25th,2011. The condo is very plain. It also has the feeling of being in a basement unit. All white, only one print on the wall throughout the whole condo. When you enter the building from the back, the first thing which hits you is the smell. It was a musty smell which continued into our unit. Had trouble opening the condo door, as the door rubbed tight on the floor. Once inside we had to open all the windows and blast the air in an effort to reduce the smell. The whole unit is decorated with Ikea furnishing. We had to strip the bed and wash the linens as soon as we arrived as we found hair in the bed. Hair was also found in the shower. Gross! To top all off, the walls in the unit are paper thin. We were woken up two nights by the neighbours arguments and personal relations, dot,dot dot. Needless to say ,we left early. We packed up 4 days earlier than planned and checked into the Eden Roc Hotel, which "Rocked". Sorry for this review, however we felt the need to share, to prevent others from being misled from previous reviews of this condo as we were.

It does no good to say now, but I would have put you up in a hotel while the housekeeper cleaned things properly. It truly hurts me to receive this review because I take so seriously our guests enjoyment. There is nothing more to say than that this had never happened to any other guests and I am so sorry it happened to you all. You are correct -- the condo is furnished with Ikea products -- our previous guests have like the "European feel." I am super sorry it was not to your liking.   Great Location. We stayed with our daschund in June. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Unit was perfect. Washing machine was nice to have. Kitchen was great too. Perfect size for two people and our daschund that traveled with us. Owner extremely easy to communicate with. Unit clearly updated. It was nice to have off street parking as well.

  I stayed at this apartment May 26th- June 5th 2011. As 3 girls age 22 this apartment was in the perfect location for us. It was close to all nightlife and walking distance to the beach and publix (the supermarket). We also realized that we were a short walking distance to Lincon road. Everything looks exactly like the pictures (No SURPRISES)! Elizabeth, the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating and even agreed to early check in's and late check outs with short notice....which we REALLY appreciated! She even sent us a very helpful e-mail telling us about all the local bars and restaurants. We all had a fantastic stay and we're already in talks of booking with ELizabeth for next year!!!

  estuvimos la semana pasada y la verdad el departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una gran estadi­a. Es cerca de la playa en el mejor lugar de Ocean Drive, a 7 cuadras de Lincoln Road, a 5 cuadras un Public, mas no se puede pedir. El estado es impecable. Lo unico que puedo sugerir es que deberi­as dejar el telefono al menos habilitado para llamadas locales. Y mi mujer pide para la proxima un secador de pelo.

  Condo is amazing. The quality-price rate is simply the best. We passed 9 days in this and, seriously, we've forgotten our reality. It's an ideal place for couples (with or without children, we've a baby and all happened well). Only problem, be careful at the place where you park your car, even with parking tags which Elizabeth gives you. The week end, it's hard to find a place in the street/avenue and, if your car wasn't exactly in a car parking, you can take a bill or least ! But, in fact, it's just a miami's specificity. We know it now ! So, a nice stay in a nice place. Important, Elizabeth was very reactive. If you've a problem, you send a mail (or call) and it's solved in the hour ! For sure, if we return in Miami, we'd take this condo.

  The property, located in Miami south beach, was clean and well-maintained; exactly like the listing description and photos! You have all you need in the condo: internet, kitchen tools, linen...   The location is excellent if you are looking for a quiet, residential spot within walking distance of most South Beach attractions. The Whole Foods is just two blocks away and very very convenient. Our only criticisms were 1) some things felt as though they could have been a little cleaner (like the trundle bed under the couch - note:please include some instructions, because it was not easy to figure out!) and 2) we found the bed soft. Having said that , this place is very good value and we would recommend it to friends. Overall, the photos give an excellent profile of the recently decorated space and the owner is very helpful if you have any questions or concerns about what to expect.

  Great location within easy walking distance to everything in SB. Condo is roomy with big nicely furnished kitchen (no electric coffeemaker) but sterile feeling - no lamps (difficult to read at night), few pictures or decorations, all white walls with cheap pull blinds on windows. I had hoped to be able to work a little while I was there but the wifi signal was very weak and undependable. We come to SB every spring and this condo was fine but only the location made us really want to come back here.

  Owner response: I am so sorry to hear your stay was less then excellent. On May 15, we installed a brand new WiFi Modena in the apartment to take care of the Internet signal. It is true we have a French Press coffee maker. Our coffee salesmen friends in Costa Rica tell us it gives the truest coffee flavor. The apartment is very white. We have found people seem to like the white South Beach look. We have black out shades throughout the apartment in case people are sleeping on the pull out in the living room and want to sleep late. We have added bedside lamps since you were there because of renter feedback -- I am sorry they were not there for your stay! Again -- I feel really bad that the apartment was not ideal for you and I thank you so for your helpful comments -- as you can see, we really do use he feedback we get! Thank you -- Elizabeth

  This is now our second time in this appartment block and it is fabulous. You get really good value for your money. The very clean appartment has very modern furniture, fully equipped and really nice kitchen as well as washer/dryer. Neighbourhood of the appartment is residential, meaning there is barely any street noise and no construction etc. Location: Could not be better ! 2.5 blocks to Wholefoods. Gold Gym is about 6 blocks away (95$/week), Lincoln Road is a nice 15 min walk and the beach is just 4 blocks aways. Paradise. Your first contact is Elizabeth Sargent: Very, very helpful and extremely responsive. Had some minor challenges with WLAN which were immediately addressed. 6 Stars for Elizabeth Parking: Ok, this is nightmare as the whole neighbourhood is residential parking and only small strips are excluded. Recommendation to a visitor parking in the backyard or temporary parking permit.

  We've stayed in three different units in this building, including this one. They have all been spotlessly clean and look exactly like the photos. The owners are very easy to work with via email. Location is great -- easy walk to beach, Lincoln Road, Whole Foods. Wireless Internet can be spotty at times, but units have washer/dryers, which is convenient. We've compared prices around South Beach and these units are a good value.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
