Welcome to our "Grand" home away from home! Every detail of this 17th floor beach front unit was chosen for your enjoyment from the overstuffed sofa with sailboats and compass roses to the collection of nautical and tropical artwork right down to the nautical dinnerware. We know you'll love it here as much as we do!

The great room, overlooking the amazing Gulf of Mexico, has a "man-sized" 52" flat screen TV and leather La-z-boy recliner for watching your favorite shows! The premium stereo system gives you big sound from the TV, your CDs or your MP3 or iPod! The queen sized sleeper sofa is oh so comfy by day and by night. The plush swivel chair provides additional seating.

The balcony is your very own secluded outdoor room! You won't even know you have neighbors! Sit back in the shade and enjoy the beach and the sunset views over the pier. The travertine table and swivel rockers are just right for intimate outside dining, morning, noon or night. The chaise lounge is perfect for relaxing the day away in your cozy hide-away!

The Gulf front master suite has a luxuriously appointed king-sized bed with memory foam topper and its own private bath. It includes a large wall mounted TV with DVD player and a clock radio/stereo that is MP3/iPod capable. You can open the sliding door and enjoy the sound of the surf right from your bed! The master bath has an oversized soaking tub, a separate shower with shower massage and built in seat, double sinks and a separate toilet area. You'll just love the granite counter top and fancy tile work in this bathroom.

The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed with memory foam topper and fluffy duvet. The window opens to the rear walkway and has a view over the town. This room has a large wall mounted flat screen TV, a DVD player and a clock radio/stereo with MP3/iPod capabilities.

The extra large guest bath is a palm tree paradise! With an oversized tub/shower combination with shower massage it is sure to be comfortable for everyone.

The gourmet kitchen has an ocean view, too! With stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and gourmet cookware, it's a pleasure to prepare meals and snacks. You'll find everything you need to make cooking easy in our kitchen: a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, hand mixer, toaster, knife block set, dinnerware, flatware, glassware and tons of other gadgets.

We maintain an annual rental on a pair of beach chairs with umbrella just waiting for you at no additional cost to you. Just a quick ride down in the elevator and you are ready to have fun in the sun!

Internet access is included (both wired and wireless) and we offer no charge local and long distance within the US and Canada.

The Grand Panama Resort offers 2 oversized pools, 2 hot tubs and kiddie pools. One is beach side and the other is a beach overlook pool in Tower 2, the Grand Vista. Poolside Tiki bars and BBQ areas with gas grills for your own private "cook out" are also available. There is a modern exercise room for guest and owner's private use. The business center offers many amenities as well.

  • Air Conditioning : Individually controlled central air conditioning and overhead fans in each room to keep you comfortable.
  • Linens Provided : Plenty of linens, towels and kitchen towels are stocked in the unit at the beginning of your stay. No pesky "housekeeping" visits each day to disturb your get-a-way! If you do need to wash anything, the unit has a washer and dryer. Just bring your beach towels and you're all set!
  • Elevator (3) : 3 elevators in the beachside Grand Tower 1 where this unit is located. 4 parking garage elevators. Luggage carts are avaialble for check in/check out use in the Tower 2 lobby.

  • King Bed (2) : King beds in both bedrooms. Luxurious king bed in the master suite has a memory foam mattress topper for a heavenly night's rest. You can see the ocean from the master suite bed. The guest bedroom has a luxurious king sized sleigh bed with a memory foam mattress topper!
  • Bunk Bed : This is the coolest bunk room on the beach! With doors for privacy and it's own TV, DVD player and clock radio with MP3/iPod capabilities. Hand painted bookcase and night stands are a must see!
  • Convertible Bed : Queen sized sofa bed in great room gives you added sleeping space. Black out drapes make it easy to sleep! And you can see the ocean from the sleeper sofa!
  • Crib : Unit has a Graco Pack 'N Play. Sheets are NOT furnished for this item so, please bring your own if you plan to use the Pack 'N Play.

  • Shared Hot Tub (2) : Hot tubs are located on the beach side pool and on the overlook pool, too. Property is wristband controlled.
  • Cable/Satellite TV (4) : There's a cable TV in every room! The living room has a "man-sized" 52" flat panel TV with a premium sound system that is set up to work with your Mp3 or iPod. Great for family movie night or watching the big game! The master suite and guest bedroom both have 37" flat screen TVs and DVD players. The kid's bunkroom has a 17" flat panel and DVD player, too! All bedrooms have alarm clocks that can play your iPod or Mp3 players, too.

  • Balcony : This unit has it's own "outdoor room," a super private balcony overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is comfortably furnished with four swivel rockers, a bistro dining table and a chaise lounge. Sun and sailboat decor complete the outdoor room experience! You can see the ocean from this secluded balcony but not your neighbors.

  • Beachfront : This condo is located in "The Grand" Tower 1-the one that is Smack Dab on the Beach! View the ocean from the balcony, the great room, kitchen and the master bedroom! Amazing! There is no obstructing pillar on the front of this unit.
  • Oceanfront : Right on the ocean! Nothing to get between you and the perfect ocean view! Unlike the units in Grand Panama Building 2 "The Grand Vista", which is located across the road from the beach, this unit IS right on the beach!

  • No Pets Allowed : Guests are not allowed to have pets on the property. Only unit owners are allowed to bring pets and they must abide by condo rules regarding pets. Pets are not allowed on the beach by Florida Law.

  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Grand Panama Beach Resort does not allow rentals to anyone under 25 years of age. The person over 25 who is responsible for the rental must be staying in the unit for the entire term of the rental.
