This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condominium is located in the Heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta at the south end of the beach called Playa De Los Muertos. Just steps to the sand, you have everything you need to enjoy the beach during your stay. Full kitchen, living room, decks, pool, and VIEWS GALORE. 1 king bed, 1 single beds (can be used together to make another king bed), 1 large bench allows for additional sleeping in lving room.
You can walk to everything you need, shopping, groceries, beach, restaurants from the door. Its conveniently located right on the south end of Playa De Los Muertos beach, old town Puerto Vallarta and many of the greatest restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. Also very close to the popular "blue chairs" area of the beach.

Can also be rented with VRBO #337616 to accomodate 2 more people, its the unit right downstairs from this one.
Notes: You must be able to handle stairs, although the condo is all on one level, there's about 50 stairs to the sand and a stairway up to the deck/shared pool.
Pool is only shared with the 6 other condos in the unit, so very quiet, and private. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach from the pool area too.

A phenomenal place. Much more than I expected. What a location! Loved falling asleep and waking up to the roar of the waves. It was a privilege to stay here. The views and the layout are hard to beat. This is your seaside dream destination. Will make sure it is available and book my next vacation around the availability dates. Yes, it was that good.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

I had booked this for a vacation with close friends. From the posting it looked it was in the location I wanted and it looked nice. But I had no idea how amazing the condo was and the view. We walked through the door and were speechless. One entire side is nothing but a balcony that looks over the beach. Every morning a 2 hour breakfast took place on this balcony. This was perfect for all of us and made the time even more special. Both bedrooms looked over the ocean, opening your eyes in the morning and you would see the beautiful ocean, without having to get up! Thank you so much for the beautifully decorated and set up condo that is perfect in atmosphere and charm for what anyone would want in PVR vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Four of us traveled not only to enjoy PV as we have in the past, but to reflect on the life of a loved one who passed away only four weeks before our trip. This was the perfect location as it is so close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed every morning and evening on the veranda - some days passing the time watching the dolphins/whales in the bay. The open air structure, the sound of the waves, the sunshine and the local people made it one of our favorite vacation spots. I'm certain we will be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
