If you are looking for a great vacation, it's all within reach at this townhome at Bear Trap Dunes in Ocean View, a few miles from downtown Bethany. Looking for golf, you will enjoy the 27-hole golf course, designed by Rick Jacobsen (design associate for Jack Nicklaus).
Looking for water fun, you can lounge at the outdoor pool or to avoid the sun, the full-size indoor pool. And if you love the sand and waves, enjoy Bethany Beach on the Atlantic Ocean just three miles away. To keep up your fitness routine, bike around the resort or nearby communities, workout at the health club, or take in a few sets of tennis.
While at home, you can really enjoy our five-bedroom luxurious, but casual, rowhome. With a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room on the first level, you, family and friends can relax as you prepare a gourmet meal. If grilling is your passion, an outdoor gas grill awaits you. Want to go out to eat, enjoy the Den at the Bear Trap Club House, open daily for lunch and dinner to the public and is located one block away.
Looking for entertainment, you can find entertainment on the lower-level family room with 55 inch Sony TV with Cable and HBO, CD player, XBox (may be used for viewing DVDs), and VCR. When you and your guests retire, you can choose from one of the five bedrooms: Master Suite (main level) with two double beds and a private, full bath, Master Suite (second level) with king-size bed and private, full bath, Bedroom (lower level) with two double beds with a full bath, and two bedrooms (upper level) each with two twin beds and a shared, full bath.
Each bedroom is appointed with decorative bedding, color-TV, clock-radio, and telephone. If work duties call, a writing desk is available on the lower level, equipped with a personal computer and multi-function machine for printing, faxing, and copying.
Weekly and nightly rentals are available. No Smoking and No Pets, Please. Check-in Saturday through Saturday for Weekly Rentals. We look forward to you being our guest.
