A very memorable time!
A very memorable time!
This beautiful mountain home was perfect for our family! The views are absolutely wonderful and the area is very quiet with some wildlife such as foxes, hummingbirds, and deer. The house was in great condition and is a very close and relaxing drive to town. All of the accessories needed to accommodate vacationers were available such as cooking utensils, movies, and games, etc. I would definitely recommend this home to any families or vacationers that can utilize a lot of rooms. We comfortably our family of 10 and STILL didn’t utilize all of the sleeping space. The only downside to the property is that the owners left a lot of their personal belongings and pictures scattered about, creating a feeling of awkwardness for vacationers when staying in a room that was obviously set up for their son or daughter. It also felt as though the owners lived there when vacationers didn't, leaving a feeling of intrusiveness. Granted, this was our first VRBO and that may be the way that most of these are, with the house still occupied by the owner while it is not rented out. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful mountain home we had a very memorable time!!!

Great Rental !!!
We recently stayed and highly recommend this home to anyone thinking of staying in Glenwood Springs, Co! This was our first time renting a vacation home and we will never stay in a hotel again! The views are amazing! It was more than we ever imagined. We didn't even use all the rooms due to there being so much room.

Thank you very much for letting us stay at your wonderful home. We have stayed at numerous VRBO rentals and yours was by far the best equipped and welcoming. Everything was exactly as you described, if not better. Everything was clean and well stocked. The layout of the house was great with plenty of space to relax and play games. The heated floors and garage were icing on the cake. We had such a wonderful time they are already talking about returning.

Perfect Colorado Vacation!
Perfect Colorado Vacation!
This home had everything you'd want out of a house in the mountains. The views were AMAZING and the price was extremely reasonable. Amenities were even better than we could have imagined. We stayed here in July and had a great time going to Aspen, swimming at the Hot Springs Pool, biking in the canyon and shopping downtown. We rented the house for a family vacation including 6 adults and 4 children. There was a loft bedroom we didn't even use! There is so much space! We highly recommend this property!

We stayed in this wonderful home while skiing at Sunlight. It is a great place for a family to stay. There are comfortable beds, an awesome kitchen, play space for the kids, incredible views, and lots of wildlife to see. I would recommend this home to anyone vacationing in Glenwood Springs!

What a wonderful place to stay. We were going to stay in a motel, but when we discovered this beautiful home, there was no question on where we wanted to be. It was nice to have the space for 7 of us. The kids loved seeing the deer and elk from the deck, and the beds were quite comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We recently stayed and highly recommend this home to anyone thinking of staying in Glenwood Springs, Co! This was our first time renting a vacation home and we will never stay in a hotel again! It was so comfortable to be able to cook our own meals in such a nice kitchen. The home was kid friendly (we have 5)and easy to relax here. We were attracted to Glenwood Springs because of the hot springs pool and spa, and skiing, but what a wonderful surprise to rent a place that we can experience seeing wildlife from our deck! Elk, eagles...breathtaking views too! I would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone who appreciates a beautiful, comfortable kid friendly house, wildlife and views out your back door, and everything Glenwood Springs has to offer! (We shopped too). Sincerely,

Why the Owner Chose Glenwood Springs:
Glenwood Springs has a great small town feel with close access to Aspen and Vail. There are so many activities here - biking, fishing, skiing, hiking, hunting, and of course the Hot Springs Pool and Glenwood Cavern Adventure Park. The house is located near to Glenwood (about 5 miles) but still in the country. We have enjoyed the wildlife viewing from the deck.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Colorado has mild temperatures year round, minimal bugs, and clean crisp air to breath. We moved to Colorado 30 years ago from the Midwest. We love mountain living!
