Great little home -- clean, quiet, and close to downtown and area attractions. I recommend this home highly, and thank Leslie for her attention to cleanliness and being so responsive to questions that I posed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Winter rates are $1950/month. (November through March) $700/week. Rates for all other months are 1700/month. $650/week. 7 night minimum stay. All stays require an $85.00 cleaning fee. $69.00 security deposit - non refundable on all stays. 12% state occupancy tax applies to all stays. Long term renters welcome.
