  What a place, what a beautiful condo! Had the most amazing, relaxing time in this great condo, just steps away from the beach! It was all in the details - security, ease of parking, close to everything you need and that "home" feel. The owners definitely show pride in ownership here! This is a great self-contained neighborhood - near the beach, surf shops, great restaurants and rental shops that can get you surf lessons, equipment, kayaks, bikes,scuba gear, and the list goes on. A great way to see the area is to take a rental bike to the top of Mount Soledad and then bike down towards the beach, Childrens Pool, etc. Makes for an amazing day. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to get away and relax yet still have access to anything you need....all with that laid back La Jolla style! We'll be back for sure!!

  Excellent location, very clean, would stay here again in a second. The owner/leasing company were very easy to work with. Parking on site was so convenient. Nearby restaurants and shopping made leaving the area unnecessary. There were 4 adults and 3 children and we had more than enough room. The beach and a park were within walking distance. The rental came equipped with beach toys, wagon, etc! There was also an elevator on site.

  Many years ago I lived around the corner from this condo, and I've always thought La Jolla Shores was the most pleasant and convenient location in San Diego. It's adjacent to a mile of beach, it's not as glitzy or crowded as La Jolla Village, and it's a short hop to the freeway and downtown. So when it was time to book a place for a family trip to San Diego, the Shores was the first place I looked. This condo had everything the five of us needed. It's in a building with two other units, around the corner from some small shops and restaurants, and of course just a block and a half from the beach. The condo itself was clean and well-equipped. There was plenty of beach gear, as well as some games to play indoors in the evening. Both the owner and the professional rental agent were responsive and easy to work with.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Our family of two adults, two young children, and two dogs plus my mother stayed here last year and had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location - one block to the beach and right near lots of restaurants in the Shores. I actually just came to this site again now to book this condo again for this September but it's already booked for the dates we want! We will try to book earlier next year:)

  Had a great week with my wife and 5 kids at this very clean and well kept condo. Comfortably accomidated all of us. Location was wonderful, being about a 3 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to La Jolla Village restaurants and shops. The back patio was a great place to sit and read in quiet and solitude, while the front patio allowed you to sti and watch the happenings of the Village. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to start enjoying your vacation upon arrival. The owner was easy to work with and very accomidating. The underground parking was wonnderful as street parking would be a real challenge so close to the beach. We would highly recommend this property!

  Perfect vacation rental! We absolutely loved the location of this fantastic condo. It was a very close walk to the beach/park and it was stocked with everything that we needed including sand toys for the kids. We also liked how easy it was to get to town and the expressway. We would not think twice about renting this place again.

  Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this vacation property. Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of space & comfortable beds! The location of this condo is excellent! Beautiful La Jolla Beach is just a short stroll away. I started everyday with a cup of coffee down at the beach to watch the surfers. There are also nice restaurants within walking distance, the suggestions Judy gave us for dining were great. I would recommend this property to others and would definitely stay here again!

  Our family enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the Birch Aquarium and other attractions, the configuration of the bedrooms and the rest of the house, and especially the child accessories like the highchair, beach toys, and wagon! Thank you.

  We enjoyed our stay at this spacious, well equipped, clean, comfortable condo. The weather wasnt quite good enough in January to take advantage of the kayaks, but it was a treat to find a collection of kids toys and books. The wireless internet worked perfectly. Good appliances, lots of towels and sheets. Would stay and again and recommend to others.

  We could not have had a more perfect place to stay, the beach is just two blocks away...a convenient store around the corner along with a great place for breakfast, restaurants a few blocks away.. We felt very lucky as my daughter has a one year old, and the dwelling was very child friendly, from the red wagon we saw in the garage along with sporting equipment and door gates..who would of thought, every convenient with my dogs, to all the toys in the closet, all kind of surprises, were in the gated two car garage. Having the elevator when we came in with all our luggage, or after grocery shopping was very helpful...When we go to La Jolla again, I wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else.
