  The pictures and descriptions of this condo don't do it justice. It was a fantastic place to stay, with an incredible view of the bay. We spent hours watching the seals play right out in front of our window and even kayaked with them swimming around us! The furnishings are beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked. We will definetly stay here again!!!

  We lived in the condo on 5~6th, April, 2011. It is very clean, warm and sweet. It has everything we need. The ocean view is gorgeous!

  We celebrated my husband's birthday by renting this condo and just getting away from it all for a couple of days. We couldn't have picked a nicer place. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The view of the bay is gorgeous. The condo itself was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. If you need help of any kind, Phil the maintenance man is a source for just about everything from information to crabbing equipment. It is just a short walk to get espresso in the morning or eat at Mo's in the evening. We also enjoyed the Casino and shopping at the giant Tanger Outlet Center right there in Lincoln City. The owner, Kathy, couldn't have been nicer or make anything easier. No hidden or excess fees of any kind. We definitely recommend staying here

  Had a wonderful time. We brought our two young children and the amenities and location were perfect for us. Was very nice to be so close to shopping and family fun such as the aquarium. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

  What a great condo!! Beautifully furnished and decorated, and very comfortable to relax in. We were lucky enough to stay during a gorgeous and warm weekend so we very much appreciated the balcony and views! So calm and serene. Great location, away from the mass crowds but still within walking distance of so many things! Can't wait to come back.

  Convenient location with a beautiful view of the bay. I recently stayed at this condo with 3 friends and had a spectacular time! The condo itself is very nicely furnished and comfortable. I have already recommended this place to several friends. If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation look no further... Will be returning this summer!

  We love spending our weekends here, so much we renewed our wedding vows here on the beach last summer. The condo is centrally located and has many activities to choose from. We love to sit on the patio in the morning with our coffee watching the sun rise, and watching the surf ebb and flow. At night we sit with our glass of wine watching the beautiful sunset. For us we come here to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. It has become our favorite destination on the coast. The condo has all the amenities you could need (comfortable, quiet, clean). What a joy to experience!
