Location + views + comfort are just a few of the many reasons that this year was our 2nd stay in this condo. After several years of visiting PVR we discovered how much we liked the Old Town/romantic zone. This condo is right in the heart of what we loved. The romantic zone offers a vibrant neighborhood feel just a few short blocks to the downtown atmosphere.. The condo is within walking distance to many fabulous restaurants, shopping and downtown malecon. The condo is beautifully decorated and with all the comforts of home. The deck offers an amazing view of the ocean and downtown. We were in a group of 6 and there was more than enough living and socializing space. When you needed quiet time the decks off the bedrooms were just the right spot with comfy furniture and again...awesome views. Speaking of comfort...the beds in both BR's were the best - posturpedic & memory foam - for a great night's sleep. Upon our arrival we received a warm welcome from the owners. In our trip planning, they were easy to work with, always with quick return e-mails and were very accomodating with our schedules. Thanks Diana & Geoff - we hope to return again !!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed Dec 27/2010 for 1 week. We loved this condo! The owners were very accomodating and couldn't have been more welcoming. We experienced the fireworks at New Years eve. You could not have had a better place to watch from. You are very close to everything PV has to offer. Anyone would be very happing staying at this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our three weeks at Molino De Agua was exceptional. Our accommodations were beyond our expectations. It was a joy to be in an environment that was so spacious and clean. The condo was very quiet and peaceful. The view of the ocean was spectacular with lots of ocean sights and unbelievable sunsets. The view of the city, the mountains and the bay from the bedroom deck was also fantastic. The employees and the only set of neighbors on the tenth floor tower were friendly and very helpful. So much more than we could have imagined or hoped for! There wasn't a single detail that was overlooked. The privacy was a bonus we did not expect. We never decided which view we liked better - the ocean, city and bay from the front or the mountains and ocean off the back terraces. I don't think we have ever slept so soundly or felt so relaxed staying any where, than we did in your home! Thank you for sharing this awesome home with us!
