#1 house "Bellevue": (Sleeps two to seven) on first floor (180 square meters)with Oceanview. Three Bedrooms, one enormous, double living-dining room with cathedral ceiling, fully-equipped kitchen, full Bathroom, superb full-length L-shaped veranda with sun-beds, garden furniture, barbecue, direct access to Garden/Lawn and Shared Pool (45 feet by 25.5 feet), Private garage, gated protected Entrance and parking.

The starry skies are breathtaking! Crystal clear turquoise sea and white sand beaches are minutes away. Little Ocean view. A car is necessary and can be rented locally. A housekeeper to clean and tidy service can be arranged at the visitor's expense. Restaurant: Traiteur/Catering nearby. Pet-friendly .

The houses are situated only 1200 feet from the Atlantic Ocean, five minutes from one of the most beautiful lagoons in Saint François, les Raisins Clairs", tennis courts, and ten minutes from the impressive golf course designed by Robbert Trent Jones, many shops, casino, an airfield, a marina, surfing and windsurfing spots.

Nearby the houses you will find a wide range of restaurants, from fast food to gastronomically restaurants. Visitors will be surprised by the large variety of our 'cuisine', from the many seafood specialties (fresh fish, clams, lobster, etc.), Créole cuisine, Indian cuisine, French traditional cuisine, 'Haute Cuisine' to 'Cuisine Nouvelle'.

Within one hour you arrive at the National Park, a natural reserve, biosphere with waterfalls (360 feet) and hot water springs. In this magnificent Natural Park you can find over 300 varieties of trees and bushes, 250 different varieties of ferns, and almost 100 varieties of orchids. There are no snakes or other dangerous animals at Guadeloupe.

In 15 minutes to half an hour from the houses, you will find the beautiful Grand-Fonds and mangrove forests. Nearby the apartments you will find several turquoise lagoons, withe sand beaches, coral reefs, and a rich underwater plant live. These spots are ideal for diving and snorkeling to observe the many tropical fish.

Guadeloupe is more than an archipelado, it is a little world on its own!

  • On a scale of 1 to 10, we give Bellevue 15! WE WISH WE COULD HAVE STAYED THERE FOREVER!!! The place is incredibly beautiful!!!! The sea is warm and calm so it's perfect for snorkelling and kayaking. The villa is huge with great covered terraces, ideal for shooting stars sightings!!! We were 6 people (a family of 4 plus a couple) and everybody had their own space. But we spent most of time in the pool, hammock or chaise longue!!! Saint François is a quiet place but there are many things to do if you feel like it. We went to the nearby extraordinary Salinas Lagoon, saw millions of colourful fish, we ate great meals with our feet in the sand, we recommend DOMAINE BELLEVUE TO EVERYBODY!!!!!!

  • So glad we found Bellevue. Centrally located in Saint François, it is a great location from which to explore the island. The villa has all the comforts of home. Tastefully decorated, it has a fully equipped kitchen, washer, wireless internet access, and more. The owners met us at the airport, and led us back to the villa. Along with that, they sent us a package of materials,(maps, restaurants, island activities) prior to our visit. They are very helpful, and went out of there way to assure that we had a pleasant visit. The terrace of the villa had nice views, and the pool had all the privacy two people could ever ask for. Wether it is for two, or the whole family, this is a great place to stay. We're already planning another trip to Guadeloupe, and we know where we are going to stay. “La Domaine Bellevue”

  • "It was the dream vacation of a lifetime." "We only have wonderful things to say about the “Domaine Bellevue” and our dream vacation to Guadeloupe (FWI). We (family of 16, grandparents, children and grand children) stayed at the Villa during the Xmas holidays. Yvonne has done an outstanding job to provide travellers with this beautiful villa and all of the amenities. They arranged a number of wonderful excursions for our large family (not an easy feat), with only the best local companies. We went diving, and on the Land and Sea excursions. All were experiences we will treasure always. The villa itself is beautiful, and you want for nothing. We felt safe, comfortable, and at home. Guadeloupe is a spectacular island, and the people we met were all very warm and friendly. I recommend Guadeloupe and the Domaine Bellevue to everyone I come in contact with." Jack and Samantha Hush

  • This villa was our family’s best vacation ever. My husband and our 2 young children spend 10 days at this villa last November. The host was so friendly and willing to help w/ any of our needs. The kids played in the pool every day and we just have to lounge by the pool in complete relaxation. It is also very quiet and peaceful but not far from the action. Only 3 minutes from the superb “Plage des Raisins Clairs”. If you get a chance go, visit as well the “Plage les Salinas at "Pointe the Chateaux”, the kids loved it and the snorkelling was so amazing.   • We highly recommend the “Domaine Bellevue house” as a place to stay if you're visiting Guadeloupe, and want a more personal experience than staying at a hotel. The house is located in Saint François, 3 mn from the beautiful beach “Les Raisins Clairs”, restaurants, casino, golf designed by Robbert Trent Jones, diving school and is close by the local market and supermarkets. The owner Yvonne Gerla, goes out of her way to be helpful and informative to guests. Spacious, clean and well furnished, the house has all the comforts of home. Standing on the L-shaped terrace, which benefits from a constant cooling breeze, one has a view over the tropical garden to the ocean on one side, and up to the country side on the other.   • Our four-person family was more than comfortable, with a superb L-shaped terrace, spacious bedrooms, plenty of living space, fully furbished kitchen and very useful washer. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the nearby beach, restaurants and town. Yvonne Gerla is a gracious host and keeps a beautifully updated and furnished residence. We've been recommending le Domaine Bellevue to friends and family, and hope to return ourselves, as well.

  • Great location with a beautiful pool. Marvellous Beach / Lagoon nearby on walking distance 5 mn. or 3 mn. by car. Plenty of nearby places to eat, water sports, etc. We would definitely stay at the villa again if we return to Guadeloupe.
