  My family really enjoyed our stay in this home. The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and was close to many attractions - especailly Disneyland, the main reason for our visit. We had 5 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. Warner was great with communication and made sure that we were satisfied with our rental. We will consider this property again on our next visit.

  From the moment we came in we were impressed by the property. It was clean and had plenty of towels/linens/etc. We had a large group (11 adults) with 4 married couples and we were able to all sleep comfortably. The property was well equipped for meals (the only thing we lacked was a Colander for our spaghetti). The Pool needs a little work still, but it was cleaned while we were there and we were able to use it. The master bedroom is wonderfully large and has a projection TV which our grandkids enjoyed a great deal. Despite our large group, we only had issues with hot water one time (which was a pleasant surprise as I expected a cold shower every day). The washer/dryer worked great, the dishwasher worked great, and having an iron available was nice as well. We spent time at Disney, Knotts and the Beach, and all were fairly close (Disney and Knotts are about 10 minutes away). All gate codes and house codes were provided timely and we had no issues. Warner was pretty good about this. Over all this was a good experience and we enjoyed our time here. I would recommend it.

  Generally, this was a nice house to rent for a few days. Pros: It was very clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, the owner was nice and responded to all our questions quickly, it was spacious, there were plenty of towels and blankets, there were some kid friendly items (- pack n play, a high chair) Cons: there were not enough dishes and glasses for 7 adults (so if you rent it, plan to pick up paper ware at the store), some of the furniture was very used and needed to be replaced, it would've been nice to have written instructions on how to operate the TV and stereo system

  I recently stayed at this place for the first weekend of December. The checkin process was quick and easy without delay. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Everyone in my family love this place. The house is very spacious, much better than hotel for better deal with 4 big rooms. The security deposit was fully refunded as expected. I would recommend this home to anyone.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  This was our first experience renting a vacation home. The owner was very good to work with, spent 20 min on the phone with me answering all my questions before I had even committed to rent. The house was clean, comfortable and fun to stay at. Only a couple min drive from Disneyland. THe house had all the amenities of home (washer/dryer, dish washer, Cable TV, and garage with opener to keep in your car). After our vacation the security deposit was refunded within 5 days or so. Look forward to staying here again on many vacations to Disneyland in the future.

  We stayed in Warner's home for a week in August with our family. We had 6 children and grandparents, so I was concerned about sleeping arrangements, but there was plenty of room. There are 4 bedrooms plus two futons in an open area at the top of the stairs. Along with three bathrooms with showers. The house was very luxurious and the beds were actually very comfortable. After reading a recent review, I was worried about the cleanliness of the home, but it was clean. The dishes in the kitchen have hard water stains, we thought they were dirty, too, but I hand washed them myself and realized it was staining. The carpet wasn't perfect, but I guess you can't expect guests in a rental home to take their shoes off before trampling up the stairs. The house is 5 large blocks from Disneyland, too far to walk, but a very quick drive, and the neighborhood is close to many stores and restaurants. Being in a secured neighborhood, we felt very safe. Warner was very easy to deal with. He always answered the phone, and addressed any concerns that we had right away. We also received out deposit back very quickly. Thank you, Warner for helping to make our vacation pleasant. We would definitely stay in this house again, it was a great value for those traveling with a large family.

  We had booked through VRBO, looking for a home close to Disneyland for our family vacation and we chose this house based on the reviews and the pictures. We emailed and got a response from Warner, at first he was very helpful and provided us with all of the detailed information on the place, size etc. As soon as we sent payment, he was unresponsive and up to the day that we arrived in LA, we still hadn't heard from Warner on the details of the code to the house so we were stuck at the airport trying to contact him. The house wasn't a surprise either. The silverware, dishes, carpet etc were all DIRTY and filthy. It looked like the dishes weren't washed ever and there was soap residue still stuck on everything. Needless to say, we had to stop in by a nearby market to buy plastic forks, cups and paper plates to eat off of. The kitchen wasn't stocked with anything to cook with and our stay here wasn't a pleasant one. As we left the property, there were no follow up emails to inquire how our stay was which was quite disappointing. I'm quite surprised by the positive reviews left here and often wonder if they're all authentic. In any case, if you're looking for a nice, CLEAN place to live for a week - I have my reservations.

  Owner response: Regarding the cleanliness of the place, I am sure that it would have been fair to both of us had you informed me of the cleanliness problem during your stay and not after your departure: after all, had I known during your stay, I would have called my cleaners to come to the house and address your issues and concerns: this is what they are paid for after all-they provide a warranty of cleaning satisfaction. I am very sorry that you were stuck at the airport but I do not see how this is relevant to me. The codes and entry information was sent before your check-in time. I am always available via my phone number by texting. My kitchen is equipped with basic essential cookware and bakeware. By the way, all reviews on my listing are written by vacationers who have stayed at my home. I do not appreciate that you are questioning the authenticity of the reviews posted on my listing. I saddens me that you gave me such a horrid review when I could have fixed any problems that you had during your stay since it is a matter of my cleaners being more thorough in their work and of you just simply notifying me. I hope that you address any concerns that you have during your future stays so that other home owners are given the chance to rectify any problems that you may have and to provide you with a better and pleasant vacation experience.   My family stayed in this vacation rental for 8 nights over our kids Spring break. The pictures and descriptions listed were pretty accurate and we were not disappointed. We were all smiles when we looked around the place. There is not much to the backyard but we were gone most of the time, so this did not affect us. It was myself and husband, our 12 and 14 year olds, my adult brother and my mom. Everyone had their own rooms. (My kids used the 2 futons in the loft area, so 1 bedroom did not get used at all). My mom loved having her own room and bathroom on the main floor. After a long tiring day at Disneyland she did not have to worry about stairs. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the Disney parking garage. Close enough that we could leave the park and return later, but far enough away that we were not in all the vacation chaos. The gated community was quiet, and there were restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores, and shopping all within a short drive. Our deposit was refunded promptly. Staying here made our vacation more comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely look into staying here again on our next Disneyland/California vacation.

  Truly Amazing home. I stayed here for about 2 weeks and was very pleased. Everything you need and more he even had household supplies for us to get us going. Very clean and spacious. Great security gated community. Very close to Disneyland ,Knotts and lots of other family things to do. Would stay again ....Highly recommend ... Thank you for such a awesome home!!!

  The photos and description are completely accurate. Actually, don't quite do the home justice. This home is large, homey, comfortable, spacious, safe and very, very clean. We had grandparents, parents, twin toddlers, single siblings...8 people total and there was plenty of space. Warner is really helpful and attentive. We made multiple trips to and from Disney each day without any problem. I would recommend this home without a single reservation.
