  My husband and I loved staying at the chalet. We prefer to have a quiet place, away from the crowds, to unwind and relax. We love to dive and snorkel and this side of the island has beautiful reef, with some of the prettiest sponges we've ever seen. Abundant sea life, from cuttlefish, porcupine fish, lion fish and much more. The chalet was spacious and clean and Erika was very accommodating. We plan to come back again.....maybe next year :)

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  We stayed there in Dec 2009 and enjoyed ourselves. Just a few feet from the the shore in ankle deep water, I saw a variety of smaller fish around the rocks near shore and an eel! Didn't even have to swim out, just ducked my head under with a mask. Guys were out fishing off the breakers everyday. Great place to learn to use the snorkel as it's very shallow and even better place as a base of operations. Sunset was georgeous on the back deck and the sea breeze at night was wonderful with the windows open and the sound of the surf. Several great restaraunts nearby. Was very safe with an alarm and gated front area. Even heated up leftover one night to enjoy a quick meal before sliding off to another snorkeling site. You definitely feel away from all the hustle and bustle at this place as it's the complete opposite of the tourist hotels. Slower, more intamate, and not crowded by the water (very private).

  Dear Cindy, Rik and Sammie, We are the family who recently visit your wonderful beach chalet, we had the perfect vacation and we definately want to come back soon. Our children had a great time with your daughter sammie. thanks for recommending to us the restaurants, it was very nice that they were on walking distance and the food was just perfect, exactly what we like. We will definately see you again on our next vacation at Aruba Beach Chalets. Greetings,
