Right in the Park City ski resort a few steps to the ski lifts just as advertised. The owner contacted us during our stay and was very responsive to a clogged bathtub. Highly recommend this studio condo.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I rented this studio for the summer and we loved staying here! The bike/hike trails on PCMR are right in the backyard of this complex. Easy walk/bike ride to downtown or the grocery store. You can't beat the location! Unit and building is nicely kept and well-maintained. The owner is excellent at answering questions and working out the details with guests. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

This is a great condo. This was our second time to stay hear and it was great. The location is just steps from the Three Kings, First Time, and Eagle lifts. The condo is very clean and well maintained and recently updated. The owner is very responsive. I would recommend this property.

You can't beat this location - it's the best! The place is very nice inside - nice furnishings, well stocked kitched, etc. The owner is great - very responsive, organized, etc. Nice locker room for ski storage - just pick up your skis on the way out to the lift. It's so close to ski, you can send older kids out by themselves for a quick green run off the First Time Lift. The only downside is it is a studio - it's very small - for a couple it's perfect, but add a few kids and you might find yourself wishing you rented a larger place towards the end of your stay.

The location of this condo is amazing! It is so close to 3 different lifts which was ideal for my family. The shuttle stop is right across the street and my kids loved the pool. The owner was quick to respond to any question that I had. I would stay here again when returning to Park City.

Perfect experience! Convenient location right next to a lift. Nice and clean inside the unit w/ a handy blender for smoothies and powerful water pressure in the shower. Large heated pool and jacuzzi outside the locker room. My wife and I will keep it in mind next time we ski in Utah.

As a very frequent Park City ski visitor I have stayed everywhere around PCMR, The Canyons and Deer Valley. Deer Valley is awesome, but outrageously priced for ski-in ski-ouit accomodations, double to triple the price. PCMR is a great ski resort. I am a skier, but the boarding parks are almost cool enough for this 40 year old to switch. Here is what you need to know on the unit. 1. The owner is very responsive and hospitable. He gave me his cell phone and called me back very timely. He was also very gracious in his hospitality. 2. The unit is on the 2nd floor about 50 feet from the elevator which takes you about 20 feet to the ski lockers. From there it is a very short walk to 3 lifts. The ski passes can also be bought right by the unit. When done skiing, you ski right to the stairs to the ski locker. No kidding about convenience and true ski in ski out.

Condo was great for my wife and I for a long weekend getaway. Owner was very helpful in giving advice on transportation, etc. Condo is extremely convenient and is true ski in/out such that we did not need a car at all. Took shuttle from airport. City bus stop is at corner near office where we checked in and was perfect to ride downtown for dinner, etc. We would look to rent here again if we go back to Park City.

This condo was the perfect place to stay for our New Year's ski vacation. It is a true "ski in/ski out" with the locker room only steps away from 3 lifts. We were planning on trying out Deer Valley, but the incredible convenience of this condo kept us at Park City the entire week. The unit had everything that we needed and more! This is certainly one of the best bargains in Park City.

The condo is a cosy hide away after a long day of skiing on great slopes. Clean and in excellent condition situated 50-100 yards from 3 skilifts. Park City has a lot to offer, whether you are advanced or beginning in the mountains. Being European the Alps are much closer, but if possible we will return.
Owner response:Just for clarification, the Three Kings lift is about 20 feet from the complex steps. The First Time lift is maybe 20 yards and the Eagle lift is probably 30-40 yards. You can ski all the way to the complex steps and then just go down to the locker room.

Great location (ski in-ski out), close to bus stop for town and Deer Valley & Canyons, well appointed studio, and large heated pool and hot tub. I would return.
