This cabin is surrounded by hardwoods trees. A great place to stay anytime of the year. Located Approx. 30 min. from Knoxville, close to UT and an easy drive to the Smokey Mountains. 3 Miles from I-75 exit.

Up Stairs (vaulted ceilings, two queen size beds and one full bathroom. Spacious living area with fireplace, TV, Fully equipped kitchen- Dishwasher, Microwave, Full size washer and Dryer, 3 patio doors that open up onto a large fully furnished deck,(furniture & gas grill) over looking a spectacular view of the lake. The upstairs deck has an retractable Awning.
Downstairs 1 large room with 2 single beds and fold out futon small frig., microwave and TV/VCR/DVD player 1 bathroom with shower 2 patio doors opening up onto large deck overlooking the lake. Both levels have air conditioning and heat. Towels & bed linens included (excluding beach towels & life jackets).Activities and Attractions
Easy access to Twin Cove Marina & launch ramp (Pontoon Boat Rentals, Restaurant, ice, bait and gas )Several of the marinas in the area offer special things on the weekend -bands, wing/shrimp & corona night.

We loved the cabin that we stayed in at Norris Lake. It was so convenient to everything. The flat area down at the lake was great for our kids. The cabin was so cozy.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We were looking so forward to our stay and it was not a complete disaster but very disappointing. I understand we were early in the season but the cabin was NOT ready for us. It had not been opened for the season. It was musty moldy smelling, the sheets smelled musty, the cabin was dirty, and to top it off the WATER HAD NOT been turned. Three families were renting the cabin with 2 small children and this was the condition upon arrival. When we called the owner, she apologized and had her husband call. He stated their had been a misunderstaniding in the dates so it had not been cleaned and the water was off due to a leak but he would wait to fix after we left. We actually turned the water on! As for using the dryer, make sure to locate the breaker panle behind the rug in the bedroom onthe left so you can trip the breaker at least once wihile trying to dry your clothes. When we were having this issue, it took them almost 24 hours to return the call but we had already found the panel. With all our troubles you would have thoughtt we would receive a discounted rental rate but NOTHING was offered for the troubles other than "we are sorry". I would not recommend this to any friends or relatives.Owner response: The cabin was suppose to be ready but check in was not until 3:00pm. They ask to check in early and I said it would not be ready but they could enjoy the lake until it was. They continuely ask for a discount rate even before check in.
