  Wow! What you see in the pictures is the unit you get. Beautifully remodeled, clean, great location, right on the beach, gulf view from the balcony (husband saw dolphins early one morning), very well equipped, all the comforts of home. We were a party of 4, 2 Adults and 2 teenage boys, the boys loved the bunk beds with their own TVs and remote controls. The location was perfect, and very safe. First and foremost walk right out to the beach. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance as well. Pelican Beach resort had many amenities as well, seriously nothing was lacking. We have been recommending this location and particularly this unit to many people. The owners were so kind and made the rental process so easy. Thank you.

  MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED HERE THIS PAST SEPTEMBER FOR OUR ONE YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. THE DECOR WAS ABSOLUTLEY BEAUTIFUL. ALL OF THE UPDATED FEATURES WERE MORE THAN APPRECIATED. THE KING BED WAS MORE COMFORTABLE THAN MY OWN BED!!! THE VIEW IS JUST LIKE THE PICTURE!!!! WE ATE BREAKFAST, WATCHED SUNSETS/RISES ON THE PATIO OVER LOOKING THE BEACH....RIGHT OVER THE WATER, I’M EXTREMELY PICKY WHEN IT COMES TO STAYING IN PLACES OTHER THAN MY HOME. I’M A CLEAN FREAK WHO HATES OUTDATED PLACES. THE DECOR AND CLEANLINESS WAS THE MOST INPORTANT THING WE LOOKED FOR WHEN SEARCHING FOR A CONDO (WHICH WE SEARCHED FOR MONTHS!) AND FOUND IT ALL HERE!!!! WE WILL MOST DEFINTILEY ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! HIGHLY RECOMENT THIS PLACE!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  The place was just as we expected. A couple things we needed were "brighter" lights in the lamps as my wife reads alot and even with both lamps and the overhead on in the dinning area it was still difficult to read after sundown! We prefer a harder mattress and the matress in the master was very soft for us but each to his own. Also the toilet in the shower only bathroom ran constantly if you did not go back and "shake" the handel! Patio door screen was damaged when we arrived and needs repaired. Overall, place was very nice, grounds, pool and beaches are well maintained we would retun to this resort and recommend to others!

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

Wish we would have known about the toilet and the patio screen door. We would have been glad to take care of it for you. Regarding the lamps, we have to abide by code, therefore the lamps can only have 60 watt bulbs.....I agree, not the best for night reading. However, for all guest, it's always great to grab a book and read at the beach or from the beautiful balcony overlooking the gulf. Thank you again! We look forward to your next trip!   This condo is very nice, I was pleasently suprised because it looks just like the pictures. It is very well kept with a beautiful view. It is close to all the shopping and resturants. I recommend it and will be booking again soon!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
